Did they really try and block Kyle Williams w/ a FB?

I know it's a bit late... but I enjoyed this so much I still wanted to post about it.

On the last play of the 3rd quarter... the Chiefs tried to block Kyle Williams w/ the fullback.

It didn't work too well.

BTW, they also trapped him several times using the same play that the 49ers used against the Lions so successfully. Don't be surprised if we start seeing more of that.

Go to BB.com and watch this weeks video of "inside the trenches with Andy Levitre", His "guest" this week is KW and they joke about the same play.

"somehow" I got bye him....right, Kyle. The FB looked like he trying to block a bus.

That's the game plan against any great 1-gap, penetrating tackle. Just take him where he wants to go. It's vital that the LB and DE fill those gaps when it happens.

GO BILLS!!!

Kyle is a beast and not to start the whole Mario complaining thread again, but on the stunt where Dareus let Kyle loop under him the offensive lineman that picked Kyle up had a firm grasp of his helmet by the face mask and ear hole. Kyle still tossed him aside and got the sack when Cassel stepped up.

I am not sure if I like the new no holds barred NFL, but our boys should be coached to take advantage of the same thing as long as the scrub refs aren't calling it.
