Turbosrrgood
Wait, the Bengals had the same OC since 2001, despite only one good season? Haha, maybe the Bills front office isn't the worst after all.... And JAY Gruden? Sounds like they are just trying to trick fans, with the experienced Gruden's younger brother... If Palmer really doesn't come back, Cincy will be the new home of Andrew Luck next year... Edited February 10, 2011 by Turbosrrgood
Dr. Trooth
Smart money has him landing in Seattle, Minnesota, Arizona, Washington, or maybe Miami. To me, Seattle or Washingtom seems the most logical. He could reunite with Carroll or the Skins could offer up a package that would include Haynesworth, one of their TEs, and a #1. Pete
That would be good for our draft. Maybe if we make like we are interested in Newton that Cincy would want to trade up. And at the very least- QB is now a priority for the Bengals and that would allow one more player to slide to us in later rounds
Ed_Formerly_of_Roch
Sounds like he wants ot go west, so Seattle, Arizona would work. What about SanFran?
Doc
Palmer was a large part of the problem. Might be addition by subtraction.
Mr. WEO
Palmer was a large part of the problem. Might be addition by subtraction. He perked up a bit after Too Old and Overhyped Clown bailed out. To answer "who will replace TO's output" next year--looks like some guy named Jerome Simpson. To answer "who will replace TO's output" next year--looks like some guy named Jerome Simpson. I guess you could call the win over the Chargers "perking up." Only to be undone by the season-ender against the Ravens. And despite playing with "Overhyped Clown" his entire career, he couldn't manage more than 2 good seasons. No doubt the Bungles are hoping he retires, so that they can go after the unamortized portion of his signing bonus and save $50M in base salary over the next 4 years. Looks like it's gonna be LeFevour (little bro and career backup Jordan will likely be put to pasture) to Simpson. Should harken back to Montana to Rice. KD in CA
Great thread title. Have they started selling Luck jerseys in Cincy? As for Palmer, he will certainly be starting somewhere next year. Too many teams without an answer at QB right now.

Too many teams without an answer at QB right now. Don't underestimate the stubborness and hard headedness of Mike Brown. He'd rather let Palmer sit and rot in retirement than trade him, even if a trade would be beneficial for his team.

Doc
......and they can spend that on resigning TO! Always thinking doc! TO? Not quite. He told them he was gone after week 14. They should save their money for Luck. Because they'll be picking first overall in 2012.

Doc
Link? He quit after week 14. Maybe you're thinking of OC Nope, TO. Remember the "TOcho Show" where "Ocho" asked him why the team sucked so bad and he went off on the whole organization? As for quitting, he might have quit in game 15. After that, he got hurt. Mr_Blizzard
watch Bills will pick him up I hope not. Fitz is on the rise and we might be able to pick up a prospect in the 3rd or 4th round. Edited February 10, 2011 by Mr_Blizzard
