JÂy RÛßeÒ
The nickle looked like this: Kyle Williams at NT, Arthur Moats & Chris Kelsay (both officially LBs) on the ends, Poz, Torbor, & Coleman at LB, with McKelvin, Florence, Corner, Whitner, and Byrd in the backfield. In dime, Wilson or Scott would come in for Coleman. So only 1 true D lineman on the field. DBs and LBs would be standing at the LOS and some would blitz, some would drop. It was quite effective in creating confusion.
Lofton80
Moats can play. Gotta love his post game enthusiasm as well. South Jersey Bills Fan
Remember the CREEP formation? That seemed like an effective way of using a lineup that was (and still is) under-talented.
eSJayDee
IMO Kelsay was actually good yesterday. I think it's cuz most of the time he was playing more like a DE rather than have to contend w/ LB responsibilities.

Mark Long Beach
BTW, Thanks for pointing out the formation, I didn't notice it. Although while Kelsey is listed as a LB, it's still a stretch to call him one. So that leaves us two DLineman, but still both of them would be considered undersized for a 3-4 DLineman. But it sure seemed to work a little better than previous tries.
Spiderweb
IMO Kelsay was actually good yesterday. I think it's cuz most of the time he was playing more like a DE rather than have to contend w/ LB responsibilities. Kelsay played almost decently for a seasoned vet, but was still a far cry from having played well. That is unless the bar is now so low for everyone, that even a slug like Kelsay can be praised for simply not being an embarrassment. I will only say that he clearly isn't an OLB and if he has any value at all, it's at DE. Personally, his best value? He holds a roster spot (that could be held by someone who can contribute). BEAST MODE BABY!
IMO Kelsay was actually good yesterday. I think it's cuz most of the time he was playing more like a DE rather than have to contend w/ LB responsibilities. I noticed that too. I counted two times he made a play yesterday in the first half, which is five more than he usually makes.

ndirish1978
Moats can play. Gotta love his post game enthusiasm as well. I agree. Moats has been a happy surprise, especially being drafted as late as he was. I have also been quite happy with Coleman's contributions
