Headed to Kelly club seats, saw guys pissing on wall lower concourse, no security anywhere. Saw guys (in side fence) pissing on fence near ticket booth under scoreboard , NO Security. The conclusion was, if you were right next to it (inches away), you might feel something. But otherwise, you own't feel a thing. Felt bad for the guy on the show that they had test it...
