I've come to accept our offensive scheme relies on Allen too much

You mean he looked like a rookie? Well...he was. -
Purdy is going to look terrible next week
-
Maybe it was made by someone smarter than you.

But it took him a long time to develop that scheme. A lot longer than a year. Dorsey may end up not being a great OC. But assuredly we do not know that after his first year. Because if you just looked at what OCs did in their first year, his was one of the best first years in NFL history and far far better than Daboll or Reid's. It was 12 years until Reid ran an offense as good as the one Dorsey ran this year. His first year he was dead last in the NFL in offense. -

And how long has Reid been doing it? It's funny to think that people think a guy automatically had all the answers after his first season and then just stayed the same for 30 years. You don't think Reid took some lumps his first few years calling plays and learned from failures? So basically people think that a first year coach has no way to ever get any better. That they are simply who they are for however long they coach. I say that's complete and utter BS. It would be like saying a player has no ability to improve at all after his rookie year. FYI, it took Reid 12 years to run an offense as successful as the one Dorsey just ran this year statistically. His first year? 25th in points, 30th in yards(aka Dead last). -

So you think that a first time playcaller has zero room to grow and adapt? Lucky that wasn't what people thought of Daboll. He would have never coached in the NFL after his first few stints as OC. Newsflash. Coaches just like players tend to grow and adapt especially after their first season. -
Very good...defensive game. Purdy has been exposed somewhat as I expected
-
OMG...if he busted outside he would have scored! Haha, I lived in Cincy for a little over a year...what part of the area are you in?
-
It was no factor. Coming from Allen. I think he'd know.

I don't know why people think coaches are static. Like they don't grow and improve just like a player does year to year. It was his first time as an OC. I'm sure there are a lot of lessons he learned and will continue to learn as he progresses. Maybe this is his ceiling but I would tend to doubt it. Look at Daboll. He was not great in his first few kicks at the can but he learned something from those failures. And that is what so many don't seem to get. In life, failures usually teach you a lot more than your successes do. I would expect him to be better next year and probably every year after that for at least a few more.

This would be called a reload. Also what has Brady done that makes you think he would be an effective OC? As a rookie playcaller Dorsey has a lot of room to grow. I think it's kinda foolish to simply think nobody is going to learn and just constantly be the same year over year. If that was the case Daboll would never have gotten another job in the NFL after his first few stints. In general, you learn far more from failures in life than successes.

What a freaking catch by Lamb! Holy crap!! Warner covered Lamb one on one downfield for like 25 yards and ran step for step with him...remarkable. Coverage was so good forced an incompletion.

Not me...I watch all the playoff games regardless. I guess it helps with the pain

McD was ranked as the 2ne best situational coach in the NFL this season next to Sirianni in Philly. I'll listen to a lot of things on McD, this isn't one of them tho. You are barking up the wrong tree.

Josh looked really defeated in his press conference.

Yes. He looked like someone who was spent. Mentally and emotionally. -
I think the Eagles D makes Purdy look like trash. Talk about the 49ers pass rush?? Eagles almost broke the NFL record , finished just 2 sacks short from tying it with 70. Whoever they play will be under duress all day long

Little Ray Ray with a big turnover on a punt return muff
