I believe that the problem with the d line is that they watch too many 1940's musicals, wishing they were Gene Kelly or Fred Astaire. All they do Is line up against the offense and start hugging the linemen across from them like Cyd Charisse (google it). There is no urgency with the defense. Just sit back and hope the offense screws up. Well, good offenses don't do that. McDermott will never figure it out.

I can't complain about the offense when they score 42 points. However, I am watching NBC and the d linemen hustle and try hard all of the time. The Bills' d linemen look like they have played 10 quarters without substitutions. It's disgusting to watch.

He cried to Beane that the video screen was a distraction while he was kicking. So now, the fans who sit in the sideline seats have no clue if a kick was down the middle or shanked until they get home and see it on the highlights. There are hundreds of kickers who can kick it down the middle while the screen is showing live video. Why can't Bass?
