  1. That ticked me off as well....20 minutes The sad thing is I truly believed that ESPN wouldn't cut it short...should have known better. P.S.: My guide goes forward a full week and its not re-aired at all this week.
  2. Started 10 minutes late due to Favre coverage...sorry in advance to all who DVR'd it.
  3. Just a thread bump as a reminder that this is on tonight, or technically, tomorrow morning.
  4. The season in review show is airing at 1:30 AM Thursday morning on ESPN2. What a great time slot, huh.
  5. Geez, Cantankerous! dont be so.................cantankerous!
  6. I know its early to make a prediction, but how should the Bills handle the kick return situation? Obviously, its a good problem to have, and there might not be a wrong answer, but I think the Bills should put both of them back deep on returns. Given opposing teams tendency to kick away from McGee, this lineup would make that strategy a little more difficult to accomplish. Teams would, in effect, be forced to "pick their poison". This could work on punt returns with Parrish and McKelvin as well. On the flip side, could it be time to take McGee off the return unit as a matter of injury prevention?
  7. I'm looking at the development of McCargo and Poz in the center of the defense, and just how much the acquisition of Marcus Stroud will help make these two true impact players in defending the run.
  8. My initial thought was no, but everyone makes stupid mistakes when they are 11. He should be considered a Bills fan*
  9. I'll go with Poz going over the 200 tackle mark. With the added beef to the interior line, this should free him up to be a very productive MLB. If he stays healthy, he would need to average 13 a game(12.5 actually) to reach this milestone. I don't think thats out of the question...difficult but not impossible.
  10. And if we would rely on her other "assets": http://www.haven4gamerz.com/wp-content/upl...ley_in_furs.jpg We would have twice the depth!
  11. Yes, but then we would have no depth!!
  12. For those of you that might not have heard this yet, Yahoo.com had a special clip of Carlin talking about what he would want his obituary to be from a radio interview in 1997. Here it is: http://cosmos.bcst.yahoo.com/up/player/pop...13&src=news
  13. He was my absolute favorite comedian. I remember watching his HBO comedy specials as a kid in the eighties and ninety's, and his most recent HBO specials were just as good. He never lost his edge, no person or topic was safe from his remarks, and they just don't make comedians like him anymore. Truly a comic genius and a legend that will be missed.
  14. If you needed more evidence of Kyle Busch being a d-bag, I give you today's truck race: http://youtube.com/watch?v=le5hSojQ6VI
  15. I know he's shot lower scores, and has been more dominating in other rounds, but under the circumstances with the bad knee, long layoff, etc. he couldn't have been more spectacular. What a wonderful evening of watching golf! If you didn't see it, make sure you catch the highlights--this will be talked about for years to come. I've watched Tiger his entire career, and I have never been more amazed than I was tonight.
  16. Everybody at my work knows what a die-hard Bills fan I am, and on Monday's during the season they can't wait to see me when the Bills lose and they hate to see me when the Bills win. Also, I have a Bills liscence plate displayed proudly on the front of my car. One time, I was being hasseled by a cop in a parking lot, and I said to him "Officer, I haven't done anything wrong.'' he responded "I'll give you a ticket for having that Bills plate on the front of your car!!" RIP Russ......and GO BILLS!
  17. Its jokes like this that makes me think you need a colonic.
  18. Relax....follow your avatar and smoke some chronic. (Sorry, couldn't resist.)
  19. I think you've drank too many gin and tonic's.
  20. He has had several on-track incidents this year, most notably blatantly wrecking Dale Jr. out of first place with two laps to go in a race. Not to mention the general running of the mouth and whining that occurs whenever a member of the media puts a mic in his general vicinity.
  21. Since you are not a NASCAR fan, I'll let it slide that you didn't know Kyle Busch is a gigantic d-bag not worthy of the respect you are giving him. He had trouble in the Nationwide race on Saturday and is currently in dead last in the Cup race due to an accident that was clearly his fault that he tried to blame on his spotter over the team radio communications. To me, it wasn't a smart descision for a guy leading in the points in the Cup series to try such a stunt. In the end, its going to end up costing him in the most important of the three series. He should have skipped the Saturday race, IMO, but I enjoyed watching him fail.
  22. If you were in that position, would you want them to try to squeeze your nards throught the chair after pouring cold water on them, or would you want them to cut the deck chair in half???
  23. Actually, it would be half of that, because those payouts reflect $2 bets not $1 bets. Still, $39,500 still deserves a
  24. I guess Big Brown needed his steroid injection after all, Mr Dutrow.
