I wouldn't be all that concerned about what a mock draft in early December says. Most of the ones that come out a week before the draft aren't even right and that's after combine and scouting, etc.
This is by no means a professional opinion and just some musings from watching the games in my living room but it seems to me that Bell holds up much better versus the blitzing LB's in the 304. He played well vrs. the tough front 7's of Pittsburgh and Baltimore but struggled at times vrs. Cincy and was totally destroyed by Allen this week. I can't remember much about the Chicago game but I though I remembered him not playing as well as he did in the other games. He was splitting time early during our first go round with the East so I don't think we could gauge much from that but the last four games will test my theory.
In the looking for the silver lining department, yesterday's game proved one thing pretty convincingly...

Bell was horrid today but of course that was against Allen who was a beast. Hangartner showed his value today as the line fell apart when he went out. They need another tackle for sure.
I don't want to make this into another franchise QB/#1 pick thread but the Lions are a totally different team with Stafford at QB. The problem is the guy just can't stay on the field. If he can't stay consistently healthy than Detroit will continue to be at the bottom of the barrel.
