It doesn't matter how much you fly with one airline if you're always using your Capital One card, if you're not signed up for that airlines loyalty program also. And get the airlines app on your phone. Also, get TSA Pre-check, get through security faster. If you will be near the Canadian border often, sign up for Nexus instead, it's cheaper and you still get Pre-check with it.
