  1. True story from several years ago. I'm on a three-lane highway, and see a firetruck coming up behind me, running lights and sirens. So I move over into the right lane and slow down. They get up next to me in the middle lane and slow down, matching my speed. So I slow down even more. And they slowed down. Finally I'm like, screw this, and come almost to a complete stop. They finally pass me and keep going. Have no idea why if they are in a hurry that they would not pass me at speed.
  2. When you’re in heavy traffic and someone is tailgating you. I can’t go any faster than the vehicles in front of me, so why don’t you back off.
  3. I did not actually meet the fan, but I was doing an install at a Wendy's out in New Mexico. In the manager's office I noticed a memo from their regional manager hanging on the wall about upcoming promotions, changes, etc. At the bottom was a blurb about Ralph Wilson passing recently. I asked one of the employees and they told me the RM is a Bills fan and is always putting a note about the Bills at the end of his memos.

  6. Never really watched football, then I went to college (SUNY Alfred) and my roommate was a Bills fan, so every Sunday we'd watch the games. It was 1988 so it was just the right time for me to get into them.
  7. They probably wanted to keep their jobs. If you were the supervisor and the NFL called saying one of your flight attendants assaulted their $$$ player, would you tell them "oh well"?

  9. I can see the logic there, but this was about 10:30-11:00 am in the morning, on some busy roads.
  10. There's a Navy Blue version in medium, if you don't mind the darker blue color. It's the third color circle, between black and smoke.

  12. As Keon's mother taught him, buy it in the summertime, a season or two before, it'll be cheaper.

  14. I was in Buffalo yesterday for work, and several of the intersections I drove through had people blatantly blow through a red light. I don't mean it must have just turned red when they went through, we definitely had the green our direction for a good second or two before they came through.

  16. Nope, you pay what the original person paid with their fees, no additional fees in the ticket price for your purchase.
  17. I was looking at concert tickets the other day on TM for a local show, and it seems the artists/bands can make TM not allow markups for reselling. This concert had some tickets marked "Face Value Exchange". How Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange Works – Ticketmaster Help
  18. For offensive penalties, the defense gets to pick whether it will be for loss of yards or loss of down. It's 3rd and 7. Offense causes a penalty which normally would push them back 5 yards, making it 3rd and 12. But if you let the defense choose, then it could be 4th and 7 or 3rd and 12. Which would you choose, making them punt or try for a field goal on 4th down, or push them back to a long 3rd down?
  19. Ex-NFL star Antonio Brown files for bankruptcy, allegedly owes nearly $3 million to creditors, per report - CBSSports.com
  20. Correct. When I worked for our local Arena League team, the sideline ref would put one foot back and that is where we would line up the chain.
  21. How about the Nickelodeon celebration?
  22. My thought also. People from Detroit, Cleveland, Pittsburgh wouldn't even have to stay overnight, they could drive for just a day trip.
  23. Scott is not the true owner of TBD, he's just the front man for Randy.
