I've got to get a new one. I was given one that was made out of aluminum or some other cheap metal. The hinge broke the very first time I used it. I have one. I've used the pre-made wings in it, haven't tried fresh yet. Took about 25 minutes, flipping them twice, to get it to the crispy level I like. I won't say they are as good/better than a deep fryer, but when done right, no one is going to turn them down.

This is good. Treat it like any other away game. Keep your usual routine and not worry about SB appearances and parties your players need to attend.
