  8. True. Several years ago, I went up there to buy a case of Puppers, it was about $75C/case (or 2-4 for the Canadians). This was before Labatt's was the brewer.
  9. Woman can like football discussions also. We accept all types here. Why, did you know @Gugny is a cross-cross dresser? In case you can't figure out how it works, he's a man, that dresses how a woman would dress like a man.

  11. her reply… The short answer is, if she is alert and oriented to person, place, and time, then she, by law, can still make her own decisions If he is her Health Care Proxy then he/she can make these decisions Unfortunately home care is very short staffed but if the money is there and he/she's willing to pick up the slack then it should be considered a safe discharge plan I'd connect with Hospice first before bringing mom home

  13. My wife deals with this all day, every day. I'll pass along your post and see what she says.
  14. Was that the one where GL went all out for the win, while LF treated it like a slow Sunday ride? Or was that someone else? I remember there being one that the one rider was expected to win, so they were taking their time, drinking champagne, etc, while the person that did win went all out, knowing with a fast enough time they could win.
  15. You forgot to add the WNBA to the poll with their tiny trophies.
  16. Everyday is like Sunday "Win yourself a cheap tray" Share some greased tea with me Everyday is silent and grey

  18. What I've been doing the past few years at the local outdoor amphitheater is if I think a concert will not sell out, I'll buy the cheapest seats in the pavilion. Then the day of the concert, a few hours before they open the gates, I'll look to see what sections have large numbers of unsold seats. The staff, once they check your ticket to get into the seating area, don't bother asking to see it again, unless you look lost. You just need to memorize your new seat number if they do ask. But I also don't try to get right down in front, I'll stick to the middle sections, the 200's.
  19. I've seen her twice, back when she hit it big (1995?) as the headliner, and last year as an opening act for Chris Stapleton. Both times it was just "ehh". Even my wife, who had never seen her in concert, agreed.
