  1. I would love to hear someone who believes that Voter ID laws are simply voter suppression efforts explain how this is something completely different. Bueller? Bueller?
  2. Hotel Bar, South Bend, Indiana....
  3. All over again . . . But in the spirit of the thread: http://www.youngcons.com/if-this-isnt-liberal-logic-in-a-nutshell-i-dont-know-what-is-2/
  4. Unless you don't want to conduct gay marriages . . . Then your religious beliefs don't matter.
  5. I saw that one too. I consider myself to be fairly stoic, but that story moved me to tears. WTF is wrong with people?
  6. Interesting take on this "controversy" http://www.nationalreview.com/article/391610/how-far-left-hijacked-cat-calling-debate-and-started-eat-itself-charles-c-w-cooke
  7. No more: "She was asking for it."
  8. Dang... Saw this too late. It's a beautifully clear evening here in Philly.
  9. Crescent City Brewhouse has multiple TV's and Sunday Ticket, so they'll likely have it on. Good beer too!
  10. Oh, that poor kid. How will he ever get over this travesty . . .
  11. I love the fact that our new owner has a higher net worth than Jerry. Suck on that . . .
  12. Please mind the gap!
  13. Indeed . . .I also didn't like they way they softened Grammer's character in the second season. The blonde chief of staff, though? Hubba, hubba!
  14. I have the constitution of a bear and haven't been really "sick" since my teen years. I get a sniffle now and then, but nothing too serious. That said, I get a flu shot every year . . . And unlike Pooj, i am a fanatic about hand sanitizer. Rule #1: Always go wash your hands after handling the menu in a restaurant . . .
  15. If semen were not water soluble, my parent's shower stall would have had a serious plumbing problem back in my teen years . . .
  16. Hah! Auto-erotic. I see what you did there! :w00t:
  17. I said this in the Ditka thread: If you're so incensed about how the USA (people and government) have in the past, and continue to treat Native Americans, then I'm certain that you can find a multitude of ways to show support (financially and /or physically) to Native American causes far better than this meaningless gesture. This is a progressive "feel-good" movement; nothing more, nothing less.
  18. One of the best series i've seen in a long, long time. I own both seasons on DVD. . . the wife and i have watched 'em twice.
  19. Always appreciate these posts, but I'm thinking that you're being way too generous in your praise for the Bills. They simply did not rise to occasion today, offense defense and coaching. It was a poor game plan, poorly executed. Very disappointing effort from the team today . . . Duke Williams has no business being on the field, not does McKelvin . . .
  20. 2 Factors in play here, i think. 1) in the second meeting over this time period, the Pat*s have been playing for home field advantage in the playoffs; the Bills, not so much. 2) Spygate . . . Call me Captain Obvious
  21. Translation: Another Pat*s ball-washer, but this one has a computer. I can't see how losing to Miami, getting shellacked by KC, and barely beating Oakland (at home), paired with one quality (at home) win translates to top 5 . . .
  22. How long before this becomes a "boob job" for men, i wonder . . .
  23. This has been brewing for a while, IMO. . . . The IOC is one of the most corrupt entities on the planet. They've been sowing the seeds of this for some time now . . .
  24. ... or Phil Simms . . .
  25. Or maybe provide him with a game plan that doesn't require him to drop back to pass 44 times with a shaky line, and facing the Tasmanian Devil of DE's in the league. Particularly when the Texan's D gave up nearly 200 yards rushing to a pretty bad Giants team last week. I pin this one on the Offensive coaches. . . . Poor plan poorly executed. . . .
