  1. Torell Troup is the best pick at NT here!!! Great Pick!!! Torrell Troup DT, UCF War Room analysis Strengths: Looks the part of an NFL nose tackle and should have no problem packing on the additional 10-15 lbs he needs in order to play the position. Does a nice job of getting his long arms out with an aggressive initial punch, and when he stays low off the ball, demonstrates a powerful bull rush. Clearly possesses the natural strength to occupy multiple blockers without giving up ground at the point of attack. Weaknesses: Is not a great athlete; lacks the quickness and speed to penetrate gaps and pursue down the line of scrimmage. Tends to lock on to his blocker and struggles to shed consistently. Must be more consistently aggressive with his hands. Has a bad habit of standing straight up at the snap, which allows blockers to make initial contact and drive him off the ball. Struggles too see side blocks in time and is consistently driven off by them. Needs to improve his conditioning, as he tends to tire in the fourth quarter and play with poor technique and leverage. Bottom line: With so many teams running a 3-4 defense, players with the Troup's natural size and strength will be in high demand. Troup has a massive frame, looking more like he weighs 340 than his actual weight of 314. When he plays with proper leverage and hand use, he flashes the ability to hold the point of attack extremely well against multiple blockers -- the main skill 3-4 teams are looking for in a 0-technique nose tackle. However, he is limited to this position by his lack of athleticism, as he lacks the quickness to consistently disrupt the backfield and the lateral speed and agility to make plays outside his "A" gaps. He will need to improve his hand fighting and fitness if he wants to develop into more than a two-down backup at the next level, because in college he struggled to produce on runs at him and late in games. He will probably be drafted higher than we have him rated because there is such a premium on his position, but he will probably always be limited to playing on first and second down.
  2. I GOT ONE RIGHT!! I GOT ONE RIGHT!!! FIRST TIME EVER!! WRONG ROUND BUT STILL!!! Great pick!!

  8. My mom just turned 80. It's not as bad as you might think. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuRboJGfrD0...feature=related
  9. That just says they won't trade up for a QB. It's possible they want another player.
  10. Stanley from the episode where Michael hits Meredith with his car; "What is wrong with you! Why would you phrase it like that!!" I also love how Stanley and Creed (I forget the third one) go to a bar during the "Fun Run for Rabies".
  11. Good points!! Bye Bye Marshawn!! Don't let the door hitcha where the good lord splitcha.
  12. Somehow Spiller comes across as a non homicidal type guy, at least to me.
  13. Quit whining!! Ya got better, Jackass!! http://www.rotoworld.com/content/playernews.aspx?sport=NFL Marshawn Lynch-RB- Bills Apr. 23 - 12:46 pm et According to Yahoo's Charles Robinson, Seahawks coach Pete Carroll "really likes" Marshawn Lynch. Robinson has been on the Lynch trade trail for months, so we'd tend to trust him here. Robinson even isn't ruling out the Seahawks sending the No. 60 overall pick to Buffalo for Lynch, with the Bills apparently still holding out for a second-rounder. That seems like quite a bit to pay a player who's fallen off so dramatically of late, but Lynch would definitely be an upgrade. Source: Charles Robinson on Twitter Related: Seahawks If the Bills get a 60th for Lynch it will prove Buddy possess Jedi mind powers over the stupid.
  14. First off here's their first mistake; "The cleavage of the plus-size models, they said, was excessive, and we don't think that's the case," said the source. There is no such thing. Shhhhh! His wife might be around. Amen, brudda!! To be serious for a minute, that chick is not fat unless you use the anorexic Hollywood model. She has a defined waist. JMO
  15. Exactly. I hate moving up. The only player I wouldn't throw a conniption fit for is if they do it for Saffold. If Lynch or Whitner is part of the deal and they swap second rounders and pick up a third I'd be ecstatic.
  16. In another thread here somebody said that he's carried approx. 606 times without a fumble.
  17. I likes it!! How about Spoiler?
  18. 1999 Tim Couch QB Cleveland Browns 2000 Courtney Brown DE Cleveland Browns 2001 Michael Vick QB Atlanta Falcons 2002 David Carr QB Houston Texans 2003 Carson Palmer QB Cincinnati Bengals 2004 Eli Manning QB San Diego Chargers 2005 Alex Smith QB San Francisco 49ers 2006 Mario Williams DE Houston Texans 2007 JaMarcus Russell QB Oakland Raiders 2008 Jake Long T Miami Dolphins 2009 Matthew Stafford QB Detroit Lions 2010 Sam Bradford QB St. Louis Rams The four choices I've highlighted are very good players. Should they have been #1 picks over all? That's another question.
  19. What's his connection to the coaching staff? I really hope he's there at 41 but I have serious doubts.
  20. At worst he'd be solid backup. Git'er done Buddy!!
  21. Thanks, DT and CB seem to popular this year.
  22. Thanks for the list. I can't sleep either. That's why I started the draft trivia thread. Amazing what insomnia will make you do.

  25. I always thought that was because Detroit owned his rights and he said he didn't want to play at all anymore.
