  2. I bought four, none of them from bands most people have heard of: Shadow Gallery: Room V (awesome!) Dream Theater: Octavarium Ayreon: The Human Equation Ayreon: Universal Migrator I spent $161 on DVDs this year (down from $688 that I spent last year since I didn't get to watch most of the ones I bought last year...) CW
  3. A coworker of mine saw it on a "strange ebay auctions" site and sent me the link. CW

  7. I can't believe nobody has mentioned Bryan Cox yet.
  8. Yeah, except for the fact that even the Patriots were saying, "We got away with one there!" on the play. CW
  9. There actually is a big difference between stealing and copyright infringement. Stealing = material loss (ie: putting a disc in your pocket from a store). You take it, the store no longer has the property anymore. Downloading is copyright infringement -- you have a copy, but you're not depriving anyone else from using it. Both are illegal, but they're not the same thing. To me, the interesting part of this article is: If I already own the DVD, am I really breaking the law by downloading it? I venture to say no, although I'm no lawyer. CW
  10. Apparantly I wasn't very clear in my previous message about Xmas gifts... CW
  11. SWEET! Guess what I'm buying everyone for Xmas? CW
  12. If you're having problems, reboot. Otherwise, just click a few buttons. How hard can it be? If you can do Postfix/Sendmail, I can't imagine Exchange would be that tough CW
  13. Hmm, should we merge the threads? CW
  14. Neufield was wide open as well, but Holcomb couldn't get him the ball. They said Neufield about 20 different times on that play, when it was clearly not Neufield. CW
  15. They gushed about the missed tackle at first, but later started saying things like, "Well, he didn't make the tackle, but he slowed the guy down so everyone else could make the tackle." It was bad. You're lucky that you missed it. CW
  16. That's fine -- but why can't people park their cars and walk the rest of the way? The cars are literally following the kids from house to house, and when they get to the end of one block, the kids get in the car, drive to the next block, and repeat. Why not park at the entrance to the development and walk around to the houses? It's ridiculous. CW
  17. The thing I've noticed over the past few years is that kids are DRIVING to the houses now. Maybe it's just in our area, but I see a ton of minivans drive to the neighborhood, doors fly open and kids run out like a SWAT team. Once they finish the block, they pile back in the van and drive to the next block. Wash, rinse, repeat. I understand why parents go with the kids, but why do they have to drive 'em all over the place? What's wrong with walking to the houses, isn't that half the fun...?
  18. Well given the pollution in WNY, it's entirely possible that the "water" is over 50% chemicals... CW
  19. 100" screen with HD -- it hit the ground and I could see the blades of grass moving from it. Ok, I exaggerate about the grass, but it definately hit the ground. CW
  20. I'm a complete novice here, but can't you just use Photoshop to change it to B&W? Or havn't you scanned the film onto your computer? CW
  21. That show cracks me up.
  22. Nosferatu is a classic. CW
  23. So fatboy, which movie did you select for the party...??? CW
