  1. So for those who like #33, which one is she? http://www.azcardinals.com/cheerleaders/cheerleaders.html CW
  2. There's a page about Lost, linking the castaways together even more. In case you missed it, here's the links: Kate and Sayid: When Kate visited her Army stepdad at a military recruiting station in the episode, "What Kate Did," Sayid poopped up on a TV behind her. Hurley and Walt: Who's the missing boy pictured on the milk carton Hurley chugged from in the hatch's pantry during a recent dream sequence? Yup, that's Walt. Was it just Hurley's imagination? Maybe, maybe not. Claire and Desmond? The drawings on a wall in the hatch -- possibly scribbled by Desmond -- look hauntingly similar to the paintings that cluttered Claire's loft last season when she told her boyfriend she was pregnant with his child. Coincidence? Welll, nothing in Lost ever is. Havn't seen many Lost posts recently, so thought some might enjoy this. CW
  3. Make him some beer bread. (the recipe has been posted) CW
  4. Losman is getting sacked every 10 times he drops back.... And that's with the defense thinking we might run from time to time. Imagine how bad it'd be if they could pin their ears back and go for the sack on EVERY play. CW
  5. Yup, Disney. CW
  6. And how many of those picks were top 5 or top 7 picks? I'd venture to guess not very many of them (but I havn't checked). CW
  7. Sheesh, people complain when it's pinned too soon ("Nobody sees pinned topics!,") and now people are complaining that it's not pinned fast enough. Can't make everyone happy, can you? CW
  8. As an update -- I peeled off the two stickers they put on the envelope ("ground transport only" and "please bring this to the postoffice to mail"), and tried to mail it again. It's been about a week and a half, and I havn't gotten the package back yet, so I think it went on to its final destination (either that, or they put it on the tarmac and detonated it.... ). Further proof that the "security" is worthless. CW
  9. Apparantly AD isn't "officially" cancelled yet. http://www.tvguide.com/News/AskAusiello/de...D}&cmsSrch=true CW
  10. They just showed defensive lineups - he's #96. CW
  11. What number is he again? And Oregon is the team in white, right? (yeah, I rarely watch college football ). EDIT: Was it #91, the lead blocker on the fake punt...? CW
  12. Get a TiVo, and you won't have to buy the DVDs... My biggest problem with not watching a show like Lost every week is that you're bound to hear spoilers, either on the radio, online, etc. I hate being spoiled. CW
  13. I don't think anybody here ever said that "rounds 1 and 2" aren't important. I think the prevailing commentary is "it doesn't matter if you pick 5-10 or 11-15, it's a crapshoot whether you'll get a good player." At least, that's how I read it. CW
  14. I thought this thread was about the Patriot Act. Sorry, I guess things degernerate quicker around here than they do on the football board. CW
  15. He started it! ...and I'm normally so good at avoiding mistakes like that. CW
  16. I think we need something to help counteract the bitter and negative vibes around here. http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/pgStory?conte...68&pageNumber=1
  17. I think you're wrong. When you're at war is when you should be clinging to your liberty even more. Isn't that WHY we're fighting, to preserve our way of life? If you're willing to give up your liberties because we're at war, havn't you just given up what the bad guys wanted you to give up? CW
  18. Bledsoe sacks: 44 Buffalo QB sacks: 41 CW
  19. Again, it's not the players, it's human nature. If you don't believe in your own management at your company, you won't do as good a job as you would if you respected their decisions. CW
  20. One player??? Well, I'm sold! Let's go 0-16 the next two years, then we'll have a LOT of players drafted high! CW
  21. Please show me the correlation between high draft picks and Superbowl victories. CW
  22. Players are human too... If they don't believe in the company's (team's) direction, then they're not going to give 100%. It's human nature. CW
  23. The Metrodome isn't connected via the Skyway, and they had a lot of events in St. Paul (Winter Carnival - I hope you saw the Ice Palace!). Overall though, you're right - you don't have to go outside much unless you want to. (I live here. Unfortunatley, didn't move here until '94, so I missed the Superbowl hoopla ). CW
  24. After the Minnesota Superbowl, it was widely reported that a cold weather team would not get another Bowl for a long time (if ever) because the sponsors didn't like the cold. Also, Minnesota has a dome, so the entertainers aren't out in 10F weather (once they get inside ) CW
  25. I didn't realize Best Buy was the parent company. That explains so much. I don't like Best Buy. CW
