We.kind of have something like this already. It's called the military. A young person can enlist in a non combat specialty like food service or refrigerator technician or aviation maintenance. Stay in 3 years, learn a skill, and then go to college on the GI bill. Pays tuition and housing. Worked for me. In Texas you get free college tuition for life of you are a veteran. My brother got a Masters degree that way. I don't feel sorry for those people that game out student loans. There are other options out there.

Last year year we traded our QB and the traded up into the first for a QB. That looks like drafting for need to me. Then we traded in to first again for a middle linebacker. Our defensive HC need a to find Keachly to run his defense. Again, sounds like drafting for need to me.
