  1. It's kinda funny though. Most Farmers that I know really either like Ford or Chevy, and a heartfelt commercial isn't gonna sway their opinion. I don't know that there are enough farmer-loving non-farmers to make this commercial help out Dodge all that much. Besides, what kind of farmer is gonna walk on a Chrysler/Dodge lot and buy the Ram 1500 that's sitting next to a Fiat?
  2. I liked the commercial. Was kinda disappointed when it turned out to be a truck commercial.
  3. Bold statement. Where did you study this?
  4. If drones actually "see" someone committing a crime in their backyard behind a nice tall solid privacy fence, can that be used as evidence? If they see a crime on public property, that's fine. But I would think that private property is still an illegal search. I need a Law and Order episode to teach me about this.
  5. Yeah, most of the big high school programs are really only operating in the millions.
  6. This isn't that surprising, what with his gunslinger mentality and ability to hit small holes all over the field. Although his pocket presence is a bit suspect, because he definitely should have called for a max protect scheme. But when you're getting good penetration, it's hard not to call a keeper and take it in for a score. But like a previous poster suggested I'm surprised Marino wasn't flagged for too many men on the field instead.
  7. Not sure why Joey didn't make a new gun thread for this: AR15 not used at Sandy Hook
  8. How is this thread 3 pages long?
  9. If it doesn't make a difference who the attackers were and what their motives were, why lie about it after the attack?
  10. That's a little concerning for me. In his Youtube games I've watched, that was the norm on deep balls, not the exception. He can throw a laser when he wants, but when he puts some air under it on the deep ball, it more often than not comes up short. I'd like to think that's something that's correctable, but I don't know for sure. Seems like the strength is there so it could be a mechanics issue or a timing issue.
  11. Guns, ammo, magazines, and any other gun related accessories are flying off the shelves in record numbers. Many gun shops are no longer even taking orders for their merchandise, saying that when customers see the items on the shelves is when the item will be available. Everything is backordered for months. Manufacturing and distribution can't keep pace with the demand for these items. But... Groupon stopped some type of gun "coupon". So that means that public sentiment is against guns? This is some of the stupidest **** I've ever read on here.
  12. While I'm not an expert on the timelines of all the information and interviews, it still seems kinda fishy. If you got a phone call from your recently deceased GF or someone else from her phone, and they were telling you that she really wasn't dead, you don't just ignore that. You look into it. Sure, the first time he repeated the hoax after the phone call on 12/6 was 2 days later at the awards ceremony, so maybe he didn't have enough time to follow up. Maybe...(IMO your GF of at least a year dies and then turns out not to be dead makes you find the time to figure out what's going on) But there were more mentions of her after that. At some point you check in to the idea that she isn't dead or maybe wasn't real at all. I'm not saying he has to come out and admit being duped, but you certainly don't reference her again in an interview. My opinion (based on the little info I've read) suggests he was likely initially duped, and at some point learned the truth but waited to admit it. If he knew the truth before she "died" that's a serious integrity issue.
  13. Shouldn't this be a caption the photo thread?
  14. My thought was the media. How much of this could have been cleared up long ago if they'd bothered to fact check anything in any one of the dozens of stories that were ran? Now we are questioning whether he was duped or not, if he was duped when he because aware of the truth and did he ever knowingly lie, what does ND know, and when did they know it, and who are all these crazy Samoan impersonators? But hey, dead grandma and dead gf makes a great sales pitch.
  15. Guess who's gonna come out of this whole mess completely unscathed?
  16. She needs to work on her movie titles: 'Tiffany Six Shows Her Amazing Hot Legs At Casting' 'Tiffany Six Stacked Blonde With Amazing Breasts'. Too long and too much of a mouthful.
  17. When will you be handing out the free beer?
  18. For all the people that believe that citizens can't stand up to the US military, you are correct. But citizens that are forming militias would be stupid to fight head to head against the US military. Instead they would take the fight to the gov't officials, the employees and their families in a guerrilla fashion. And they wouldn't just use guns. Homemade explosives seem to work very well in other countries. Granted, this is a complete anarchy scenario, but to pretend that the US military would just wipe any and all dissenters out is just silly. You would also need to question how many military people would walk out before turning on American citizens. I've talked to a small handful of police officers that said they would quit before trying to remove weapons from citizens, I can only imagine there would be a few defectors should the US gov't try to turn them on US citizens. Plus there is no way that the US military would just bomb US cities killing both the guerrilla combatants and the innocent civilians. That only works in other countries with other countries' citizens. The gov't isn't just gonna start rounding up people in hopes of capturing the guerrillas either. That's only going to cause other citizens to join their cause. The US military would be severely hamstrung fighting US citizens on US soil. It's not nearly a simple victory for the US military that people seem to think it would be.
  19. Has anyone actually counted up the laws that were broken in the Newton shooting? Just off the top of my head in order to commit the murders at the school there was first: Murder of his mother Theft of her guns Illegal/unlicensed possesion of firearms Illegal transportation of firearms Illegal possession of guns on school property likely trespassing on school property Breaking and entering of the school Anything else I'm missing? But these extra laws are definitely needed. Look at all those lives we lose each year because of bayonet lugs on firearms, and the collapsible stocks on AR15's are generally the most dangerous parts of the gun.
  20. I haven't watched a lot of Georgia this year, but the little bit I did see, I wasn't completely blown away. He's a good player but possibly a bit overrated from what I've seen.
  21. Yeah. And jones is no Bradford. Not as accurate IMO and not as good under pressure.
  22. He's had 0 experience in a pro style offense. Keep talking out your ass.
  23. Not too take away from Johnny, but OU's D looks like they are giving a half assed effort, especially the secondary on run plays.
  24. Stoops didn't throw the pick. Stoops didn't throw the almost interception at the end of the first half in the end zone. Stoops didn't fire a laser behind the receiver in the end zone missing a much needed TD. Stoops also doesn't stare down his receivers on big third downs. Landry Jones should not be a top 10 pick.
