  1. NE left tackle Nate Solder now questionable with an illness. http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2017/12/24/pats-left-tackle-solder-now-questionable/
  2. Not sure about that. Depends on how the coaches had him evaluated, I guess. He was making some waves in camp. Plus, they could get that round 3 pick back. Essentially, that would be like giving up only a 7th for Kelvin Bejamin and swapping 2 mid level WRs.
  3. Beat the Jets. Back to the process. That's it. Can't think about anything beyond that.....Don't you understand anything OP?
  4. This is a good point. If you are going to dream why not dream big. Set 'em up and knock 'em down.
  5. Doesn't it seen nice not to be giving the game ball to the kicker?
  6. Glenn is worth a 1st in my humble opinion.
  7. NFL.COM is saying that Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham could be traded for cap reasons and they need a LT.
  8. Long sustained drives that eat up clock. Run and pass. Then let them make a mistake on their own offense. With the run game back on track, and Tyrod continuing to find receivers down field, I think the Bills can pull it off. I'm strangely confident about this game. Raiders are actually in worse shape in their secondary and their rush defense isn't all that great either.
  9. you guys must smokin' crack. NE ain't winning the division. We are. By the time we play NE, we'll have Clay back and our coach is going to get the bugs worked out of our pass defense. NE is goin' down.
  10. If it's raining, I want to see that power run game.
  11. Don't know how anyone can be unhappy about this game. Couple of setbacks in this game really kept TB in it but the offense really bounced back in this game when the defense struggled. That game tying drive was a thing of beauty. And just when we thought the defense was left for dead, White comes up with a big strip and recovery. My sister texted me that she turned the game off when TB went up by 7 and I laughed at her boneheaded overreaction. This is what good teams do. They keep grinding all the way to the end. BTW, it was good to see the run game make an appearance again. I expect that aspect of the offense to continue to improve going forward.
  12. Gotta keep it interesting, right?
  13. Don't think the coach's zone blocking scheme is going away. I do however, think that they are adding plays to the playbook. This team lead the league in rushing for 2 strait years, so it's not like they don't know how to block. No doubt in my mind that they will incorporate some plays that worked well for the last couple of years. Honestly, I don't see how the run game can possibly be contained any longer. There really isn't anything wrong with either an inside zone or an outside zone. Execution is part of it, but after the success week one against the Jets the run game was shut down by some very good defenses. Buffalo's run game has been effective not because of a particular scheme. They mixed it up with heavy packages, zone and option plays. This gives a defense a lot to think about. Now that the coaches are adding more run plays, I fully expect a breakout game.....starting this week. McCoy is definitely due.
  14. NE is vulnerable with that crap defense of theirs. They are going to lose some more games. The Bills need to find some production on offense or we could be looking at both NE and Buffalo missing out on the playoffs with Miami squeaking in. If the offense starts clicking, Buffalo absolutely could win the division. People are way too nervous about Brady. He is good but that is seriously one trash defense every week. You can't hide from that.
  15. The Bills were also #1 in the league in rushing those 2 years. You can't lead the league in rushing yards and passing yards unless you are God or something. Simple fact. When you are very successful running the ball, you do not throw as much. Those stats would actually mean something if you compared the production to number of snaps. But of course you wouldn't want to go there, because completion percentage and yds per pass attempt are actually pretty good. Why be so one demensional?
  16. I have been thinking about the run game for a couple of seasons now. Many offenses have dominant passing attacks and defenses across the league have been built to battle that. Defenders are lighter and faster. That's why guys like Brandon Spikes have become "obsolete". When you see a guy like Richie Incognito getting to the second level and blowing up a LB it is an absolute thing of beauty. Running the ball is once again becoming a trend because offenses have an advantage in size and strength. Using multiple TEs or even an extra OLman is an advantage that puts some serious pressure on a defense. When a defense counters with 8 men in the box, the offense still has an advantage because they can then switch to the pass game when a run is expected. All across the league, the run has not been respected. When an offense comes along with great blocking schemes to attack with, a defense can be caught flat footed and unprepared.
  17. Hardly a stingy run defense. Pass defense, yes. I could see a big day for McCoy in this one. They are like 17th in run D. Dalton is going to get sacked like 6 times in this game. I don't see them scoring much against our D. The only thing worrying me is that D of thiers and injuries.
  18. Where's the Bengals one! This guy is hilarious. Found it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BWpJ4YFmPiY
  19. Nice! Score looks good so far. Crap. Maybe I should turn it back off.
  20. Wow. Skins must be better than I thought. Just turned the game on. What'd I miss?
  21. Can we trade him for a WR. We're getting pretty thin there.
