  1. Read the bottom of the OP to get latest updates with links.
  2. Mankins hip, Gronk hip, Vollmer back, Hernandez still out with ankle injury. That's a lot of OL problems.
  3. The Bills defense is not going to be playing a misdirection game. They have the horses to run over that Pats OL. All they have to do is run them. They will simply force the Pats OL to try and stop them.....something they will struggle with IMO.
  4. I want Mankins and Gronk to both play and still beat them. Edelman out though can be a problem for them. Welker will then be seeing double coverage. Gronk will have to stay on the line to protect Brady. They are pretty thin all ready, and if even one of them is not 100% Brady could be in for a rude awakening. The Browns were supposed have one of the best OLs in the league and our defense still sacked Weeden a lot and got 2 interceptions. This offensive line of the Pats will be in trouble. JMO. The Pats are always going to be a threat with Brady steering the offense, but he's only one guy. He needs people around him and that is not looking too good for him. I expect the Bills defense to be a real problem.......Bills were on fire against the Chiefs at home and will be pumped for this one too. Listening to Kyle Williams, he is not taking anything away from the Pats. He says that they are the top dog in the division until someone knocks them out. He is not looking for injury weaknesses, but simply beating them strait up. That attitude is what will turn the tables. The Pats are in trouble.
  5. So you don't think Mankins not practicing all week is a fake......I don't. And the video of Gronk hobbling off the field.....that wasn't faked. Then there is Edelman who is listed as out now, also not fake. The Pats are as banged up as the Bills, maybe even more.
  6. I posted a link of a video showing a big hit on Gronk in last weeks game in the original post. He limped off the field afterwards. Probably still bothering him.
  7. I fully expect the Bills to win this one. Pats are coming to our house. Our defensive line is disruptive while their offensive line is very weak. Our offense is keeping pace with the best in the league in scoring and their defense can't stop anyone. This is far and away a gimme for the Patsies.
  8. Read this. Apparently a hip injury.
  9. Haha. It would really be funny if Fred and CJ come out and play like they are perfectly healthy. Talk about a hat trick!! Well.......I can dream can't I?
  10. Gronk now listed on injury report.
  11. That would be impressive. The Bills catch the Pats with their pants down and rush for 250 yds....lol.
  12. Not true. I have seen a couple of blitzes by Shep and an occasional CB. Not often. Only a couple of times but they do seem to do it when you least expect it. They will blitz. Just not often. That's 15 guys on the field and a penalty.
  13. Mankins is who I find interesting. If he can't go, their interior OL will be very weak. And our interior DL is all ready unstoppable.
  14. This information comes from Cris Brown's Bills blog. Patriots WR Julian Edelman, OL Logan Mankins and TE Aaron Hernandez all failed to practice for a second straight day for the New England Patriots Thursday. DT Kyle Love was also a new addition with a knee injury. Here’s the updated Thursday report. Did not practice WR Julian Edelman – hand DT Justin Francis – ankle TE Aaron Hernandez – ankle OL Logan Mankins – hip Limited in practice DE Brandon Deaderick – ankle CB Alfonzo Dennard – hamstring C Nick McDonald – shoulder CB Sterling Moore – knee RB Shane Vereen – foot OT Sebastian Vollmer – back DT Kyle Love – knee Bills Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller were both limited participants in practice Thursday. Here’s the full rundown. Did not practice WR Ruvell Martin – ankle Limited in practice RB Fred Jackson – knee CB Leodis McKelvin – groin RB C.J. Spiller – shoulder This is really turning out to be a pretty interesting matchup. Didn't realize how banged up the Pats were. AS OF 9/28/2012 CHECK THESE LINKS Check this link from the Buffalo News blog. And this from Tim Graham concerning Mankins. Gronkowski questionable with hip injury. Video of what may be why Gronk is questionable. What? No Gronk??? AS OF 9/29/2012 Nice Piece Article by Bleacher Report.......I know but still a nice piece. Chris Brown injury report. Boston Herald injury report. Rob Gronkowski injury puts Patriots offense in limbo. Mankins unlikely to play according to this. Mankins did not travel to Buffalo. He's out!!!!!! If you don't Billieve, check this PFT report. Right tackle Vollmer having back problems? OK, if I'm Bellicheat, I'm worried.
  15. If Mankins or Edelman can't play, they are in trouble. Mankins has an injured hip and Edelman hurt his hand last week. Neither practiced today. Dareus could have a good day this Sunday with Mankins hurt. The secondary could float more protection toward Welker with Edelman out. This matchup is getting interesting.
  16. Who cares about what they were able to do in the past??? They are coming to our house, playing against our team and it is our team that is trending upward not theirs.
  17. Must be running back isn't a considered a skill position in today's NFL.
  18. More than 8 yds avg behind Wood as well. 7yds behind Andy L. too!!
  19. You are living in the past. 9 turnovers in 2 games. Utterly killing a team's ability to run. You haven't been paying attention. As for the DBs, since the 1st game against the Jets they have been pressing the receivers at the line of scrimmage. And again, Baltimore is a long, long way from the dominant imposing defense they used to be. Not saying they are bad now, but they don't scare me, look what our own offense did against them last year and NE still put up 30pts on them last week with that weak offensive line of theirs. BTW, how many sacks did this supposedly superior defense get in that game. I guarantee Brady will be very uncomfortable throwing this week.
  20. The Ravens D is not even close to what it was and the notion that their D is better than ours right now is something I have to contest. 9 sacks in 2 games putting this Defense at #5 in the league for sacks. The Cards sacked Brady 4 times and beat them handily. Put pressure on Brady, keep bumping their receivers at the line and we may just win this. The Bills can dominate the line of scrimmage both offensively and defensively. We have the horses. All we have to do is run them.
  21. Let me see.....yds, TDs....yds, TDs.....yds TDs. Nope, I like TDs better.
  22. If Arizona can sack Brady 4 times, our DL will make him cry.
  23. I have no doubt about the Bills playing press coverage and the defensive line getting after it. Bills will still need to put up some points. Offense needs to bring it too.
  24. I don't know about standing, but if they beat NE this week they'll be sitting pretty
