    We’re playing against a undermanned opponent at home in a very important game. This is supposed to be a Super Bowl team. People have high expectations, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

    It would not be enforceable. But I can guarantee the team could not care less about being held liable in this situation, for a lot of reasons that are too boring to go into.
