Brandon Beane has proven to be the equal of Bill Polian to me -perhaps better given the effort required to finagle the Cap. McDermott has proven successful in acquiring excellent coaches who share his principles and the Pegulas have proven they’ll write the checks to acquire recommended assets. Rest assured, they’ll all do their very best to field the best team they can for this season as well. Everything else is left to what happens on the gridiron. Far too many fans of the team conveniently overlook these truths to espouse their witless venom and their shell shocked empty history. it’s definitely overrated.

I just saw a report that states Beasley said Gabe Davis is so good, that he wouldn’t see the field much going forward -as a way of justifying his desire to seek a trade. I’ve been all over the media now trying to re-locate this, but I’m sure it will come to light soon

Night and day. Davis can’t hold a candle to Beasley’s route running -which is way more important to keeping Drives alive. If Cole leaves, he leaves a huge hole.

The trade for him is right up there with the Halloween 3 team trade that landed us Alabama superstar Cornelius Bennett.

Natural grass is ridiculoius stupid!. Most WNYers stop mowing their lawns by mid October. A brand spanking new stadium that will look like old Cleveland Stadium by Thanksgiving with 2 more months yet to play? I just can’t believe the Pegulas would be so stupid.
