  1. You got that right.
  2. I don't think I've ever been less eager for the start of an NFL season than this year.
  3. Personally, I'm thinking this was the final straw: 1st and 5 at DET 17 (14:15) R.Fitzpatrick pass incomplete short left to J.Stupar. Dropped, receiver at DET 16. 2nd and 5 at DET 17 (14:10) (No Huddle) D.Rhodes up the middle to DET 14 for 3 yards (J.Peterson). 3rd and 2 at DET 14 (13:28) R.Fitzpatrick pass incomplete short left to R.Parrish (E.King). Receiver and coverage at DET 5. 4th and 2 at DET 14 (13:24) R.Lindell 33 yard field goal is No Good, Wide Right, Center-G.Sanborn, Holder-B.Moorman. I mean, seriously. I don't want to have to sit through that anymore.
  4. The OC is dead! Long live the OC!!
  5. Great. So Deadspin was right all along. Inept offense and hermaphrodites.
  6. I'd settle for a top-tiered offensive coordinator.
  7. Someone with even less experience than Turk.
  8. Wow. I'll believe it when I see an official statement, but wow.
  9. What this line really needs is a few full games together to figure each other out.
  10. Best thread all summer.
  11. What do you care? It was neither our starting offense or defense. Seriously.
  12. Hmm. Sounds like he might fit right in. Get 'er done?
  13. Agreed. The comments at the end are hilarious, but this one almost made me spit up.
  14. Impossible. How are the cell phone companies going to make money off of all their different phone charger cables?
  15. God I miss those.
  16. Just say no to this guy. I've watched him play enough to know that I would never want to see him step on the field for us.
  17. Welker and half of the Pats* offense could miss the opener, and they'd still wipe the field with us.
  18. Fascinating. I can't wait to see where it goes from here.
  19. 5. Nobody available to cover the TE? Check.
  20. Post of the Year. My vote.
  21. The best is the first comment entry, the video of the Jets first-round draft blunders going back to the 80s. Man, that is just pure awesomeness. (And, as the commenter says, it never gets old.)
  22. See, you lost me right there.
