  1. I heard about this a few days ago on the NFL Network, havn't heard any updates since then
  2. Yup, it's a blast! Great fans there to watch the game with.
  3. I forgot about Fury! That one was awesome
  4. Slender Man? This could be the origins of Slender Man!
  5. Saving Private Ryan Hurt Locker A Few Good Men just because of a few good one liners in that movie
  6. I am actually. I have a lot of fun, go to bars with friends, dance , sing and laugh, just don't need alcohol anymore to have fun. No hangovers, don't have to worry about a DUI, don't have to worry if I said something inappropriate to anyone. Club soda with lemon is cheaper than absolut vodka or craft beers these days.
  7. If alcohol interferes in any way with your life, then by definition it is too much. I have ceased any alcohol consumption for quite some time now and my life is infinitely better. Alcohol did not enhance or improve my life. It only had negative effects. The problem with alcohol is that it distorts your perception of reality and you only think it doesn't negatively affect your life. My advice would be to never consume alcohol anytime, anywhere, ever.
  8. You are correct, Spanos really crapped the bed on this issue. There were banks lining up to lend him the money to build the stadium. This move is all on Spanos, he could have stepped up and built a stadium. The Spanos's are just tightwads and deserve all the crap they get, I hope the Chargers brand get runs into the ground up in LA and he sells the team to a real owner and they move back to SD. Maybe this is the NFL's plan all along?
  9. What's sad is that Dean Spanos won't pony up the dough to build a stadium. Why should the citizens of San Diego pay for his workplace? Pay for it yourself Spanos! Tightwad!
  10. Good! Worst owner in the NFL today!
  11. Good! Bye Spanos! Don't let the door hit ya on the way out. And sell the team to an owner who actually has some money to invest in the team. Tightwad owner. Makes Ralph seems like a zillionaire with a penchant for spending money.
  12. I just cant excited about Norv as OC. Screams retread to me.
  13. The OL has to create a pocket to allow a pocket passer to pass. The only hot pockets this OL creates are in the micro wave oven.
  14. I'm with you, TT is pretty good, expecting some rookie to come in and do better is crazy. It will take a rookie 3 years to get up to speed, by then this crowd will drum the rookie out of town.
  15. I remember listening to the radio and news about OJ and the Electric Co. Driving past the War Memorial Stadium. I grew up in Fort Erie, but when I moved to SD in 83, I started watching the Bills more, been there thru good times and bad times. More philosophical about wins and losses now. Don't get so up and down whether they win or lose.
  16. I was gonna tackle the RB, but then I got high I was gonna defend the pass but then I got high
  17. Yes DW has hit some home runs with FA's, he also has whiffed on a few like Percy Harvin, Reggie Bush, that might be par for the course though.
  18. I'm still irritated that Washington drafted Cousins one pick before us in the 4th round if I remember correctly. I was watching the draft saying Cousins is still on the board just before our 4th round pick, getting excited Buffalo would draft him, then boom Washington took him, I was like WTF? they drafted RGIII in the first round, those QB hogs!
  19. Yes I agree that is probably close to or above most other GM's. You misunderstood my statement, I know the GM is heavily involved with FA's, IMHO it's much easier to identify a talented FA, it's much harder to draft starting NFL talent, hence the comment to use the drafts as the yard stick to measure a GM's skill.
  20. Personally I think TT is a decent QB. Maybe with KS , TT would get better with more pieces around him.
  21. You make a compelling case sir.
  22. Don't forget, is the power plug plugged in.
  23. I would love to see the stats on how many draft picks are still on the roster and starting compared to other GM's. That might be the better metric to measure a GM's success.
