Just so you don't have to look it up, both those guys were UDFA this year that were cut. The Davis was cut back in July and Hoyland on August 2nd.

Fields is good, but he's no EJ Manuel.

Everyone points to Hodgins as a miss by Beane/McDermott, but outside of that one brief blip where he got some playing time in NY because they had no other options, he has been a practice squad guy everywhere he has been. He's currently on the 49ers on a reserves/futures contract.

Vet teams with continuity at both coordinator positions are going to be extremely cautious with injuries in camp. There are very few position battles and both the offense and defensive schemes are being carried over from last year. Guys know what they are supposed to be doing and almost all of the slots in our 53 are filled. I'll start to worry if guys show up on the actual injury report leading into week one. My main concerns are Shakir's high-ankle sprain (because those linger) and Hairston missing valuable camp time as a rookie. The other stuff will probably sort itself out over the next three weeks.

If you remember all the times the Titans gave us trouble, you have to remember the times when we stomped them too. Vrabel coached this game, and with a prime Derrick Henry to boot.

You guys are panicking like the Bills play a meaningful game on Sunday. There are still more than 4 weeks until they do that.

Ja’Marr Chase held in all camp last year and played week 1. I expect the same to happen here.

Almost all of these guys would play and probably even practice if the games counted. The Bills' organizational stability is paying off by allowing vets to not practice if they are even a bit dinged up. My only concern is Hairston's progress.

Today is "Bills suck and Tua rules" day on TBD.
