Glenn deserves good money but not top money. Do you think he will like that? He will try to get the most and so far, the Bills (since Buddy Nix) have been very good assesing who should get paid big money and who shouldn't. I hope Glenn is realistic about it. I already said in this thread that they should trade him. On Astro's November needs thread I said the Bills should draft a QB they like (Rex and Whaley) to develop as a back-up to Tryod. If EJ has to step on the field again for whatever cause that may be I will support him, hoping that he somehow can get better. BTW, all back-up QBs are inconsistent, otherwise they would be starting somewhere.

QB - identify the one you like and draft him, develop him as the back-up to Tyrod. OL - Urbik isn't getting any better or cheaper. Will we re-sign Glenn? Cujo and Henderson are average at best, could use some improvements here. LB - I like Lawson and the injured Wynn, Randal Johnson is still green, bring more competition for that edge LB TE - Mulligan is just a blocker and he's average at that. Gragg and the son of the legend are upgradable. WR - do the coaches like Woods? I don't sense a good vibe there, could be wrong. Hogan is average, good ST though. Goodwin can't stay healthy. But as always with the draft, go with the best player available.

Credit to Ryan, he didn't have his team overhyping this game like he wrongfully did against the Patriots. Several things concerned me about his coaching abilities, his record after the bye, his bipolar ways after a win and giving other teams extra motivation with his mouth. Lets hope this win clears his head and he becomes more aware of his flaws. I noticed less chatting and arm flapping before the opponent snap. The communication on defense has been better the last couple of weeks.
