The Pegulas said they would interview every HC candidate, they went to the meeting not expecting much, they left the meeting saying this is the guy. Of course Whaley was there and he got on board with his bosses decision.

Nickell Robey Preston Brown Nigel Bradham Marcel Dareus Last year these players were amazing in Schwartz's defense. Bradham and Brown filled gaps and destroyed RBs. Robey flew to the ball and could get to the QB with well timed blitzes. Dareus was a monster against the run and still could rush the passer. This defensive system is ruining their careers with us. Blame should go to Ryan and Thurman.

How about Woods? He pushes off the defender, goes out of bounds and can't catch the ball for a TD. NIce catch and run by the son of the legend. (he wasn't out of bounds)

8 guys in coverage and we can't stop 3rd and16, that was painful to watch.

Shaky at the start of the game, but that start was awful for the defense as well.

I think that was more media driven than an actual preference by Roman or another coach. Cassel is an awful starting QB.
