Sans the bad fumble TT had a very good game. He threw over the middle on occasions, converted a couple of 3rd down and was able to feed the ball to his playmaker. Woods should be embarrased by his performance today, I'm starting to dislike the guy, unfortunately.

Awful defensive gameplan Woods worst game of the year, WR is a need next year Hughes with a stupid penalty after an incompletion The ST were bad but didn't cost this team the game. When the offense is on, the defense sucks, we can't get a complete game out of this team, ever.

Disciplined defensive teams will not let TT run free by design. Sure he could evade a sack and make something happen with his legs but teams will try to contain him and will dare him to beat them with his arm.

I'm a regular Bill Bellichick (without the cheating) Never in my post I said Graham was brillant on Monday night, he missed that tackle and had the penalty that negated the early interception which was just plain dumb. Regarding Mario Williams, I agree with you, I would ask him to rush the passer most of the time, but when the blitzing package calls for him to do other things, he has to do it. Watch some of the Patriots games and you will see from time to time their LBs and DE messing with receivers routes at the start of the play so the QB doesn't have a quick outlet, they redirect them and then apply pressure.

If I'm on the drawing board and I call that defensive play against that same formation the Pats were in, I tell my RE (Mario) to disrupt the route of the safety valve and then rush the passer. That way, the QB gets sacked by the blitzer or he hurries the throw and misses his intended target.

He's better than Duke Williams, that's for sure.

I believe the penalty called was off-sides. It should have been illegal substitution by the Patriots. Maybe off-setting penalties was the right call and do over of the play.

Maybe that poster missed all the times Bellichick shut down Doug Flutie when he was our QB.

People, the Pats had to cover 10 yards to finish the game off and they ran the ball three times having Tom !@#$ing Brady on their squad. Sometimes OCs call bad plays, it happens and everything gets magnified when you don't have a great QB under center. I better hope Ryan isn't mad at Roman or makes him the scapegoat, he had some bad plays but today the players failed to step up to the plate and make the plays to win the game.

BS, allowing only 20 points in Foxboro is a hell of a game defensively. We had plenty of chances offensively and we didn't execute.

He wasn't very good tonight, that's for sure, overall he doesn't suck, not even close, but I think he should have went out when he injured his shoulder.

I don't know about that. I think it was a another hit gone bad on a violent sport. Do the Ravens have artificial turf or natural grass on their field? I really think that having natural grass is better for players' safety.

That sucks. Someone especulated earlier it was an achilles injury, I wonder what is worse nowadays, recovery wise, a knee injury or an achiles injury? The guy had zero help this year, the Ravens wideouts are awful.
