  1. I also heard that we were trading Losman and a 4th to Indy for Peyton Manning. Any truth to this?
  2. The Bills don't have a 5th, and we have two 7ths from the McGahee trade
  3. If he wants to be used more, why would he want to come to Buffalo? http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/302118 Royal Stats http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/416861 Miller Stats
  4. 1st: Patrick Willis 2nd: Antoinio Pittman 3rd: Tanard Jackson 3rd: Kareem Brown 4th: Dallas Baker
  5. Didn't they just trade for Droughns? Are they still looking for another RB?
  6. Scouting Report Overview- Jordan Kent has really emerged as an interesting WR prospect this year. He is an All-American in track and an accomplished basketball player (the son of Oregon's head basketball coach) who is still feeling his way around a football field and has a very high ceiling. If that wasn't enough, Kent is a repeat selection on the Pac-10's All-Academic list. Strengths- An outrageous athlete with size and speed and outstanding body control, Kent has all the physical tools one is looking for in a WR. He has the quickness and surprisingly good hand-fighting techniques to get off the jam at the LOS. He has a long stride that allows him to sneak up on defenders and an explosive burst to leave them in the dust. Despite his height and inexperience, he stays low in his pads to get in and out of his cuts more quickly and effectively. Once the ball is in his hands, he can generate YAC with his speed and his ability to use head and body fakes (basketball moves) to get the defender off balance. Kent is a character guy who is a hard-worker and a quick study. Weaknesses- Kent is an unfinished work at this point. He is raw and is still learning many of the nuances of the game. As a track star, he doesn't yet have a football build. He needs to continue to add functional football strength and add some bulk to his frame. Kent also needs to improve his ball skills. He doesn't always time his jumps accurately and can be beaten for the jump ball (unacceptable for a 6'4" WR). He also needs to develop more trust in his hands and snatch the ball instead of letting it get into his body. Projection- Kent is a real sleeper in this draft. He's inexperienced and raw, but has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the number of "track" guys who try to make the switch to football effectively is relatively small, so there is a bit of a bias. Kent, however, gives me the impression that he can make the transition effectively and be a future star at the WR position. http://condraft.com/database/pacific-10/or...kent/index.html
  7. Why would we trade down with the Packers if no one between us and them will draft a RB? If Lynch has character concerns like I've heard, I don't think marv will draft him. Also, the teams between us and the Packers are St. Louis (Steven Jackson) Carolina (Foster/Williams) Pittsburgh (Parker) Green Bay
  8. The value of our two 3rds = a mid-late 2nd rounder. I'd trade our two 3rds for Barber III, and resign A-Train. Then we'd be set at RB.
  9. If we are to sign Chris Brown, and then we draft Peterson, we would have Shaud Williams starting by week 3 of the preseason
  10. Who do you want on the line then? 3 overpaid skinny guys????
  11. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2788148 Any opinions on this?
  12. We are going to need to get a CB in this draft. We don't know what we have in Youboty, and Kiwaukee Thomas isn't 100% sure if he's going to return.

  17. We still have a 5th rounder from the Moulds trade
