  1. We know the team likes having a vet in every room and right now there isn't one in the TE room, so I'm thinking we sign a vet. Rudolph, Cook, or Ertz by trade would be my guesses.
  2. Well, it's a good thing FA only started 4.5 hours ago! Beane still has the entire offseason to improve thr roster.
  3. Some board members about to be big mad upon seeing those numbers lol.
  4. Wallace isn't under contract as of right now so perhaps there's no longer a need for you to be tired!
  5. Don't know as much about him as I'd like to, to be honest.
  6. Still got time, don't stress too much about it
  7. Yeah but he's fast. Wouldn't you rather have someone who can run in a straight line very fast than a guy who is a temendous route runner and has great hands?
  8. Yup. That's 3 of the league's best route runners in the league, plus Davis. I could see us adding one more guy through the draft - probably a gadget type.
  9. Wow, a lot more negativity in this thread than I thought there'd be. Bills fans might be the only people who dislike this lol.
  10. Yeah, but then we could trade Ertz for a MLB! 🧠
  11. Oh, I'm not stressed about Gronk's rationale here or thinking there's a stigma about the Bills. Take TE/Gronk/whatever out of it. All I'm getting at is that Beane valued Position A highly, as indicated by his making a competitive offer to one of the top 3 players at Position A. The top 3 players at Position A have signed elsewhere. Beane clearly values this position highly, so I'm curious how he plans to fill the hole he believes is there.
  12. You're missing my point. I was talking specifically about Gronk here and in my follow-up post...
  13. Sure, and it appears Gronk was a player he wanted at a slightly lower price than what TB offered him. Hopefully he's able to find a TE who offers ~ the same value he attributed to Gronk.
  14. What I'm saying is that that if this report is true, Beane clearly values obtaining a good TE. The top 3 available TEs have signed elsewhere, meaning we're less likely to fill that hole. Don't love that aspect of it.
  15. Interesting... don't love seeing a swing-and-a-miss here, given that the top FA TEs are all off the board, 2 of which went to our division rival.
  16. I wouldn't hate it if we went all-in on offense. Per Spotrac, right now we're paying the largest % in the league of our cap dollars to defense (54.23%) Buffalo Bills - 54.23% Chicago Bears - 52.72% Pittsburgh Steelers - 50.70% LA Rams - 49.68% Minnesota Vikings - 49.36%
  17. I've seen a lot of users mention over the last 24 hours how it seems like all the FAs are signing with the AFC.... well, they're not wrong. Here's the breakdown of signings (not including re-signings) as of today: AFC (42) North - xxxx (4) East - xxxxxxxxxxxxx (13) South - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (20) West - xxxxx (5) NFC (11) North - xxxxx (5) East - xxx (3) South - x (1) West - xx (2) This is no surprise given that as of last week, 9 of the top 10 teams with the most cap space were in the AFC (not sure where we stand today). Obviously this doesn't bode well for us (especially since 3 of those top 10 teams are in our division), but that just means we'll have to be even more efficient with our spending/drafting
  18. I think something like 8 or 9 of the 10 teams with the most cap space were in the AFC 🙁
  19. Agreed. It's OK to admit that a division rival made a good move - this is one of them. Judon is a very good player and he seems to play well against the Bills. Paired with Belichick, I think he'll be even more dominant.
  20. Dude had the best KR average among all players who had 10+ kick returns.
  21. Worth noting that they traded Cannon to Houston after trading Vegas for Trent Brown. I'm talking about this move specifically. I'm a big fan of Judon.
  22. Love it for NE, don't love it for us.
