Have you ever had a job? I can be fired for having a visible tattoo or long hair! My employer doesn't have to wait until I get convicted of a crime to suspend or fire me and the NFL is no different. You are confusing the American court system's "innocent until proven guilty" with an employer's policies and responsibilities. Ben is giving a big FU to the league by acting like a drunken moron repeatedly and allegedly sexually assaulting multiple women. At very least he is going to clubs and drinking with underage girls and nailing them in the bathroom.

Not to make light of the situation, but I nearly crossed into Canada with a handgun simply because I forgot it was in my car. I am licensed to carry in NY and was not doing anything remotely illegal in NYS. Once I crossed the border I could have been in a world of trouble. Luckily I remembered it was there about 15 miles from the border. Stupid, absolutely. Indicative of character issues, hardly.

I'm leaning toward a shade of green. Can't decide between light or dark though.

Just stripped some horrible wallpaper form a few rooms in my house and I have to pick some paint colors. I am the farthest thing from a home decorator and live by myself. I use the fusion too and shave my head and face every other day. The cheap disposable blades just don't work well and chew up my neck. I figure the $ I'm saving on haircuts I end up spending on razor blades. I have heard really good things about this cheap Walmart razor and may give it a try when my fusion blades run out. I was a bouncer at the shed in the mid 90's. Spent much more time there than in class....probably why I spent 5 years at Oswego. Not a sandwich, but the pizza balls there were pretty damn good.

I consumed hundreds of those little gems during my 5 years at Oswego! Went back for a reunion last year and averaged 2 a day. Most of my friends were looking forward to a cheeseburger sub more than anything else! Especially since the Shed closed down.

You should be able to roll your IRA into a 401(k) if all the contributions were tax deductible. There really is no benefit to doing so unless you prefer the 401(k) investment options over the IRA options. In that case you still may be better off finding a better IRA to move your account to. If you decide to remove funds from your IRA, make sure you won't be triggering any back end sales charges or other penalties from the IRA provider that may be based on the amount of time you leave your contributions in their plan.
