If things were so different why did they think it was ok for the third quarter against backups but not in the first against the Tampa starters? Doesn't make any sense. The fact is there wasn't anything different other then they were playing against backups and were actually able to execute which says a lot about the Bills starters.

So you're saying they held back in the first half vs the Tampa starters but didn't in the third quarter vs their backups? Yeah that makes complete sense. Keep buying what they're shoveling And if Tampa is so much like the Bears wouldn't it make sense to use this game to their benefit considering they are a young team that has struggled so much on offense so far? Mike Williams kept saying it was preseason at the beginning of that to downplay the fact that he was facing his former team. Funny how teams always say they were holding back after a performance like that in a preseason game. The fact is this team isn't good enough to hold back and if they are just working on the basics what does it say that they are struggling so much with them? I have a bridge to sell anyone that is buying this BS

The problem with the Oline IMO is that they continue to mix and match lineups which is ridiculous at this point considering they just played their 4th preseason game. Going into last night with only two starters at their natural positions is beyond ridiculous.

EJ is terrible and to not have another option on this team is a complete failure. EJ looks exactly the sane as he did the first time I saw him play which is a guy who doesn't belong.

Come on, QB is a HUGE problem The offensive line wasn't great today either which to me is partly on the coaching staff as they continue to switch players around without deciding on a starting 5 and letting them work together. The only starters in their true positions were Wood and Glenn who was seeing his first game action. That's just asking for trouble

That was one of the worst halves of football preseason or not that I've ever. The Bills even had an extra preseason game and still look this bad. Im sure the apologists will be out in full force with their excuses after this. My favorite always is the vanilla playbook and that they are prob just saving it for the season as they don't want to show too much.

There is no reason for EJ to come out of this game anytime soon.
