seems to be a lot of talk around Tavon Austin and teams wanting to trade up ahead of the Jets to get him
I just dont see the Bills taking a QB at 8, not buying into that.
I see or am hoping the Bills trade down with possibly the Rams but if they stay at 8 they may surprise a lot of people and take Austin
again, this was not a documentary about the best QB class of all time, it was about the events that surrounded that draft as documented by the agent for Elway and Marino
i dont get what people are not understanding about that
did the Bills even bring Eifert in? i know they brought the TE from Rice in and reportedly are high on him...obviously not at 8 though but can see them taking him in the third round
the Bills do make surprising picks but i dont see them taking Eifert
on another more important note if Kelly doesnt go to Houston i probably dont end up being a Bills fan because Kelly and how he was slinging it for the Gamblers is why i became a fan of his and the Bills
why does he need to make a public apology? he was honest about how he felt and stated at the end he wouldnt change a thing about his career
i think the fact that he still lives in the area is all he needs to say
Watched it and thought it was great. Kelly was honest and admitted not wanting to play in Buffalo after playing his college ball in Miami. Love the USFL stuff which is what made me a Kelly fan and eventually a Bills fan so if he didn't go there who knows what team I'd be following
It's amazing how you forget the other hall of fame players that were also in that first round like Dickerson, Bruce Matthews and Darrell Green
They sure made it seem like the league blocked that trade with the Raiders and Bears preventing the Raiders from then trading for Elway
Was funny seeing the draft broadcast back then without Berman as the lead although he did make an appearance. Dr Z as the lead analyst was just awful
I would be more excited with getting Bray or Glennon in the second round over Barkley or Nassib in the first mainly bc I don't like the idea of drafting a QB at 8 just bc you need one but I'm tired of weak or average armed QBs and would prefer someone with a big time arm
Mike Williams wasn't a complete bust he just wasn't that good
I don't agree with putting Janikowski on that list. I know he is a kicker but he is a weapon and is still producing 12 years later...can't ask for more out of a first round pick
