My nieghbors house (great neighborhood) was broken into 2 weeks ago. The thieves broke in at 12 noon. They went right up to the front door with a crowbar and basically ripped the front door off the hinges. In and out in 5 minutes. The extra kick in the nuts is they guy who lives accross the street from the house is a state tropper who leaves is cruiser parked in the driveway 24/7.

If a dude walked into the gym lockerroom with a pair of bolt cutters in his pocket, it might raise a red flag. Just sayin...

Good teams identify and sign solid role players, guys who fit their scheme. The Bills have not been great at that in the past, but seem to be making strides forward starting with last seasons FAs. Not every signing can be a probowler.

You are on the right track, and there is some solid advice here. 3-4 times a week at the gym. Eat smaller high protien meals through out the day, every 4 hours or so. Chicken breast and tuna are your best friends. Cook up all your chicken breasts a the beginning of the week, put them in indiviudal zip lock bags and then shove them in the fridge. Quick and easy when it is time to eat.
