    It does, it always does. I worked 2000 for Gore in WI, 5-7000 votes is a big deal, doesn't take much to swing.... P.S. Florida was what 215.... Please don't encourage that attitude.

    Agreed, I hate them too, but they tend to be a necessary evil from a campaign standpoint. Most campaign folks hate them too. A pain to put up, keep up and take to folks houses who want them and carp if they don't get one. P.S. Neither my wife nor I have one in our yard this year.

The hippies move on find another area. They set up art centers, rehab old neighborhoods and old factories and the process repeats itself.... yada, yada, yada.

    Except that the rule of marketing 101 is that on average you need six or seven positive contacts to make a sale. A yard sign is a positive reinforcement and shows of strength and legitimacy.

    Other than during college cafeteria, I never worked in a kitchen period.... and not that there is anything wrong with it, but I remain hetero and happily married.

    Transferring is not harder, in fact it is a dirty little secret that is easier. I transferred into GW undergrad without the grades, my brother transferred into Berkeley Law School from Buffalo. I don't know specifics about Harvard transfers, but others if you work it well and have the right recommendations you can do it.

    I know, I know, lot of chips and I am told that I will lose my bottom front four later in life because of some previous traumatic injury I don't remember, but I have always worn a cage, so no pucks and I have strong teeth, only got my first cavity two years ago and I am in my mid forties.
