  1. This was my hope as well. That he would waste 3 years of Darnold's career in NJ, get fired, and then the new regime starts completely over again.
  2. I guess this means they will only have in-conference games like the ACC and SEC for the most part?
  3. I think Josh's best game this year comes against the Pats on 11/1. Our whole team gets the monkey off of their back in that matchup. We dominate from start to finish on both sides of the ball. Josh goes for 350 yds passing, 3 TD's, 50 yds rushing, and another TD without any turnovers. Bills 38 - Pats 13.
  4. at people talking about where I posted this thread. We've talked about other team's players and situations here for years on TSW. Yolo is usually Captain Twitter breaking everything before anyone else. I didn't see any tears flowing over the Le'Veon to IR thread or OBJ on the trade block one either. But this one should be elsewhere? Anyway, Allen Robinson is a good WR and the first possible destination that came to mind for me was the Jets with their thin group, frivolity in handing out contracts, and a plethora of picks from the Jamal Adams deal.
  5. Mims and Cashman now on IR as well https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2020/09/15/blake-cashman-denzel-mims-join-leveon-bell-on-injured-reserve/
  6. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2020/09/15/report-allen-robinson-asks-bears-to-trade-him/ He's heated over his contract apparently.
  7. The Jets very well could be 0-6 when we play them in NJ come October 25.
  8. This. I think the designed runs need to be put on the shelf. I think Josh is a more effective runner when it is on an improvisational basis. He's not Lamar Jackson who has played this style his whole life. Jackson takes hits different, holds the ball different, and that style is what his game is predicated off of. Josh is built to be a QB who can run if he has to, but shouldn't be having designed runs called outside of QB sneaks imo.
  9. Sure thing guy. Glad you follow me so closely on here apparently. Not trying to hurt your feels or anything, but I think this is the first time I recall even reading something you posted.
  10. Yeah, we've been the Siberia of football for years now according to them. The place no FA wanted to go, a losing organization, and a team that couldn't win the big one. The media loves to knock Josh, but he's already more accomplished than Mayfield and Darnold who were selected ahead of him. They don't like the taste of crow, but if we keep winning then it will be shoved down their throats whether they like it or not.
  11. Yep, go back and watch the film. That 71% comp rate, 312 passing yds, 57 rushing yds, and 3 TD's don't tell the whole story. He was bad out there on Sunday.
  12. I think the reason being is that the Ravens were demolishing the Browns and it wasn't during a Playoff game.
  13. Yeah, he was high on Allen from the start and it seemed to go through the roof after the interview segment he had with him prior to last season.
  14. I think it will be a week to week thing, but we will definitely see it a lot more this year. I also believe the Dimarco injury has a lot to do with it as well.
  15. Yeah, Simms has been on the Bills/Allen bandwagon for a while now. Simms is alright, but Florio is just an arrogant douche nozzle.
  16. LebaTARD lives up to his name. Jones and Foxworth are just more of the same idiots employed by ESPN. Nothing to see here.
  17. Well, the source is all you need to know. I watched the video last week where he and Simms were making the picks. I almost spit my coffee out laughing when he picked the Jets.
  18. I honestly didn't even cut the game on until it was about 2 minutes into the first quarter. All I saw was a normal broadcast. Then I hit the mute button when they got on the soap box for a minute or two.
