  1. Does sullivan ever post anything that isn't a whiny little rant? Does he wake up in the morning, pull the 2x4 out of his butt, and decide what negative slant he'll take for the day? His schtick gets old. There are also a few positive and encouraging things to write about regarding the Bills, and maybe once or twice a year he could step out of his comfort zone and actually become objective. Maybe that is too much to ask from a professional hack, but I don't think so. Maybe an article on our draft picks this year, or an article on Stevie Johnson, or maybe even some of the younger promising players. I guess it is easier to whine.
  2. As much as he would try, Schlep can never compete with "Coach" Dickerson for being a loudmouth asswipe buffoon. He comes close, though.
  3. +1 excellent post.
  4. If you watch the Chiefs bench instead of the Bills, how will you get enough ammo to complain about?
  5. It really is amazing how Manning can carry his whole damn team. Between Brady and Manning, I'd have to pick Manning for this reason. They are both awesome players (it pains me to say that about a cheatriot), however I don't think Brady could carry an entire team the way Manning does.
  6. I'm not one of the negative nancies, however I don't think they are saving THAT much cap space just to resign players. That's way more than needed. What I don't understand is why the Bills don't seem to use all resources available to address the offensive line on this team. Stupid.
  7. Kelsay doesn't suck. He's overpaid. Big difference. Question - do you really know anything about football, or are you just here to whine like a little beeotch? Jerry, is that you? Now I notice your screen name. I've been interacting with a troll.
  8. I will repeat: "The Bills issue is NOT admitting mistakes, it is making them in the friggin' first place!" How is your reading comprehension? Yes, the started edwards, but they friggin cut him after two games. Yes, they drafted Maybenot, but they cut him after his second year. How is that not admitting a mistake? Good lord.
  9. Yeah, the Bills don't admit mistakes. Especially when: 1. Firing Jauron 2. Cutting Maybin 3. Trying to trade McCargo 4. Cutting Corner 5. Cutting Edwards Would you like me to go on? The Bills issue is NOT admitting mistakes, it is making them in the friggin' first place!
  10. That goes out the window when a bunch of posters call him names.
  11. Trent is great on the driving range. He craps the bed as soon as he hits the first tee.
  12. 1. Who is Jamie Kirlew? Never heard of him. Is he on Buffalo's roster? 2. Nick Barnett did well in a 3-4, but not as well in a 4-3. 3. Agree on the OL. 4. CJ Spiller hasn't even started his second year yet. Two years running? What a maroon. 5. Address the QB position with who? Fitz is just fine. 6. DL, beeotch, DL. Gonna be monster.
  13. I wrote them twice, saw a very marginal improvement and have stopped going to the site.
  14. Their "sports talk" show is the most stupid and unprofessional thing I've heard. Bob Matthews' show is better than theirs. It is incredibly Bush league.
  15. OMG! Jerry Sullivan was negative? Really? This is breaking news, we better tell someone.
  16. I agree with you. I remember the SB years and the Bills looked horrible in preseason. They had a losing preseason record every SB year, and fans would B word like crazy. Preseason is about one thing: Learning. Well, maybe two things. Learning and selling overpriced tickets.
  17. I think it is entirely possible the Bills finish 5-11 and finish last in the division. I think Miami's offense will be horrible, however they do have a good defense. It is totally possible the Bills show improvement but still finish last.
  18. I wish it worked in Firefox. Totally amateur web development.
  19. So basically instead of telling us what you actually know, you are leading people on for no reason just to get them up in arms? Sounds trollish. Why don't you just write what you know?
  20. You must smoke crack. There's never been any indication that Ralph or the Bills organization is racist. You're just being a dick.
  21. If this is true, the NFL is the same as wrestling, where they decide who wins or loses. This is !@#$ing bull ****. There's no way the league should decide where a player goes. I'm incredibly pissed off.
  22. I don't think he got the Bills right. Nope. I don't think he got many teams correct, because he looks at FA and the draft as indicators. He ignores new coaching staffs, and ignores how long it takes to put in a new system, and ignores that there were no OTAs. So no, he's wrong.
  23. Beavis, is that you?
  24. You are completely missing the point. The point is creative use of *a new roster rule* regarding the 3rd QB. Of course the wildcat isn't creative any more. I'm not sure how you got that out of what I wrote. Right. You say that as if it is an either-or conversation. It isn't. They should still sign a tackle. Signing smith doesn't preclude that. I'm beginning to wonder why otherwise intelligent posters see it that way.
  25. To people who call it a luxury signing, I disagree. With the new QB rules this most definitely IS NOT a luxury signing. It is actually something we're not used to - the Bills anticipating and using a new rule to our advantage. They can dress and make active what used to be deemed the emergency QB, which in the past was only someone you could use in case of emergency, and if that person got injured there were rules about substitution, etc. Instead of dressing a 3rd QB on game day who will stand and hold a clipboard most of the time, they have a guy in that position that can actually contribute. What the hell is wrong with that? Why is that a "luxury"? Sounds like people are just parroting the dumb crap they hear in the media without even thinking about the possibilities. That said, it is foreign to us to see the Bills be creative, so maybe we're just not used to it and think the worst. To those who way they would rather have an OL. There is no "rather" in the conversation. It isn't like they didn't sign an OL because they signed Smith. That is false. They could (and should) still sign another RT, and signing Smith doesn't preclude that. That argument makes absolutely no sense to me. Signing Smith is a very good thing.
