  1. Bah...hate Tim Graham with a capital H. Sensationalist egomaniac who infuses his own petty agenda into every story he writes. He'd be a much better fit over at TMZ than TBN. Ashamed to admit we share the same alma mater.
  2. Come all without, come all within. You'll not see nothing like the Mighty Quinn
  3. Rex and Belichick apparently not the mortal enemies we're led to believe.
  4. Being "Presidential" is all well and good, but what EJ needs to show more than anything else, including accuracy, is balls. He's got to somehow demonstrate competitive fire and toughness on game day or he's doomed.
  5. Wonder what the St Louis Rams twitter statement will look like tomorrow.
  6. Gotta keep Hughes. He's a beast.
  7. Not a big Spikes fan. Thought he lost a step and didn't have the step to lose. Think we're wise to cut him loose. As far as Searcy, if this is to make room for Revis I say bring it.
  8. Technically, LA is the original home of the Chargers and the long-time home of the Rams. San Diego "stole" the Chargers in 1961 and St. Louis "stole" the Rams in 1995 if you want to go down that path. Conversely, Toronto has never been the home of the Buffalo Bills and aren't even in the same country. More importantly, there's a big difference between moving upstate 120 miles than moving out of the country. San Diego has history, don't get me wrong, but that history could transfer to LA pretty seamlessly. Regarding the Chargers, also remember none of their fans are south of San Diego...that's Mexico. It's a move, yes, but still very much remaining in the Southern California family.
  9. Vomitatious.
  10. He had to go. A drain on the cap and a waste of a roster spot. We're loaded at OLB now with Williams and Hughes moving out there, plus Kiko coming back, Bradham/Brown emerging and Spikes possibly being resigned.
  11. The NFL no doubt believes the Chargers can still keep their SD fan base after moving them to LA, while at the same time gaining the monster LA market for league revenue. Hard to argue when it's just a 2hr drive. I agree about keeping the history, though I'd rename them the Southern California (Southern Cal) Chargers.
  12. A lot of wear on the tires, but he'd be an upgrade over Spiller.
  13. McCown? Meh, who cares about this career backup with a few part-time starts. Sign him, don't sign him, don't care.
  14. I say draft 5 QBs and let them battle to the death.
  15. Bam! Well said.
  16. In today's NFL, accuracy is king. The short to medium passing game is what sets up the deep ball. Joe Montana certainly never had a gun, and in today's game one can point to Drew Brees as a great example of a QB with middling arm strength, smaller stature and not a running threat who is first ballot HOF. EDIT: This is reference to Kellen Moore, who I think given a chance would be a very good QB in this league.
  17. I like it. He's paid his dues and deserves a 2nd chance, and fills a huge need for the Bills. Think he might be a bit motivated when we play the Dolphins? BTW, the OP sure put some big mouths here in their place. Hopefully, said people learned their lesson and will be a little more open minded to insider information moving forward.
  18. Talking about dead-horse-beaten topics is the lifeblood of message boards. Have at it.
  19. Only direction I know of that nobody's talked about much is a trade, and I have no idea who would be a viable trade option. Doubt it would be an old veteran. RG3, maybe?
  20. Montana. Period. If you saw him play you know why. Clutch without fail, mobile, accurate beyond belief and did all of his work in an era when passing was a lot harder territory than it is today. Brady is an all time great, but he's proven mortal plenty of times while Montana's Super Bowl success was insane. BTW, much as I love Jim Kelly there is no way he should be in this poll above Marino.
  21. !@#$ that ****. With no significant cap space on offense to weigh us down, let's go balls out and sign both Revis and Hughes.
