It's working fine...our defense really has played winnable football in the past 3 games. Our offense is dreadful and can't put up more than 10 meaningful points.

my wish list....

I would take 5-4 no doubt, the 0-3 division record is what makes this so bad. We've played progressively worse in 3 straight division games.....where is the light at the end of this tunnel?

My frustration stems from the fact that the Pats didn't even play good and certainly gave us a chance to win. I would rather get blown up than put up 3 points in what should've been a close game. Our offense is just flat out BAD.

You're absolutely right Jauron is the right coach for this team. We have a franchise culture of utter mediocrity and he fits right in.

I'm anxious to see who throws more patriot TD's, Cassel or Edwards.

Maybe we can start a petition asking some of the players to sit with Trent on the bench and talk to him. And maybe we can make a quilt with all our names on it that he and whoever he is sitting with can share....................NICE THREAD LOL.

Our defense isn't a "go get em and attack" defense, its not how it's built. We're not going to suddenly be able to snap into a new scheme and come up with stops instantly. If we could, we'd be doing that from the opening kickoff. It's is continually bend but don't break and as far as I'm concerned they've played good or great all year long. Without horrible turnovers by the offense in our past 2 games, our defense would have held them each to ~16 points. If we can't score more than 16 points we're not going to win many games at all.

Way to start and thread and list the most ultra-generic reasons ever. I think everyone here knows we would like to run the ball better and rush the QB better. Why start an entirely new thread about it when half the threads on the board are all talking about the same thing. If you really wanted to win those 2 reasons would be 2nd and 3rd to the #1 answer why we've lost our past 2 games: STOP TURNING THE BALL OVER

Ummm I'm not sure what game you were watching but his screw up was the main reason we lost the game. Don't get me wrong, I think hes a great QB and is going to amount to something special for us - but that doesn't give him a pass for all his mistakes.

I get the feeling Trent isn't used to having a target like Hardy. Aside from the early TD pass, I've yet to see Edwards place a ball appropriately for Hardy. That's not to say Hardy's lack of production is completely Edwards' fault. I mean, even if you're a big physical receiver you have to run good routes and get open, which it seems Hardy is still struggling with. If/When Edwards and Hardy get on the same page they can be lethal, Hardy is a freak of an athlete and his speed is very deceptive.

While Royal had a pretty good game today, I have to say the lone bright spot on our offense was D-Fine. While it would've been to nice to see him running a bit after the catch, he scored, made an athletic catch and looked good in traffic across the middle.

Favre didn't kill anything today, Trent did. Maybe you stopped watching before Greer pick 6'd. Our defense is the only reason the score was respectable.
