Because in college they don't give you extra points for getting two feet in. Why would they care about the NFL? It's college. They are looking for their program to succeed, not how many NFL players they can produce. Losman sure could have benefited from a coach with your train of thought.

I'd worry about that in three years. Maybe he's played up to expectations? Maybe not? Besides, i'm sure the deal he's going to get is going to be astronomical. He'll be set forever.

I bet Evans and Peters new deals are well into the works already, probably for some time. Extending Peters now just makes sense, he's 26 and got 3 years left on his deal. Add 4-5 more years and give him a big fat lump to make him one of the highest paid lineman in the NFL because damnit...he's worth it. What a statement that would make to ensure Buffalo's existence and validity in the AFC East. Extending Evans also makes sense as he was a 1st round pick that has played up to expectations considering the carousel of QB's he's had to deal with. He's worth re-signing and I believe his deal will be done as well before the season commences. It should be really exciting when those two deals get done and help solidify this young, talented group.

I really don't care about "character" off the field. Sure you'd like your players to have class on the field, and hopefully off of it too. But having good character is probably one of the last things i'd worry about with this team. A lack of talent and natural ability...maybe. Why get all worked up about things that happen in their personal lives? I know some of these private matters may intertwine with their job as a Buffalo Bill but for the most part...I just want to see the Bills kick some ass instead of getting kicked in the ass.

If he's healthy, i'd love to have Kevin Jones with Marshawn Lynch in the backfield. That would be quite a combo.

His videos are pretty amazing. Maybe with all his experience in college he can be an ingredient to a winning mix. The back up running back spot will be fun to watch during training camp and pre-season this year. It'd be nice to have a couple productive guys on the field at the same time.
