  1. It's the playoffs. Heck, I'm half expecting Hamlin to strap em on for the Bills. Tua's brains are leaking out of his ears and there's talk he might play. I'm not saying he should or that its a good idea, but if he has one good hand to carry the ball in and a set of working legs, he's playing. Playoffs.
  2. I stopped when I got to the part that said Tom Brady has it easy. Tampa is 8-9 and only made it into the playoffs because their division is even worse, and they have no Offensive Line.
  3. It is, but he'll manage it, and he'll play.
  4. @Bill from NYC, I was thinking of you yesterday, the moment I realized we'll likely be drafting a Safety in the 1st. I feel ya buddy. Really need that OL help.
  5. Sure, anything can happen. But with Hyde's return questionable, Johnson proving he ISNT the guy, and now Hamlin's return questionable, that leaves 2 starting spots are arguably the most important positions in McD's scheme. Maybe we can sign a Safety or two in FA. I'm not sure who from the list of FAs. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/free-agents/all/safety/all/ If McBeane can resurrect the backup careers of Hyde and Poyer like they did, maybe we can hit on that again. But I'm fully expecting McBeane to once again dedicate top resources to our Defense and try to "get by" on Offense with a handful of 2nd/3rd tier OL.
  6. At this point, we (us chagrined TBD fans) are pretty much stuck with a Safety in the 1st. We really need to go OL, OL, WR. But with the way this season played out, we all know Safety is at the top of McBeane's list. Bummer.
  7. Yep. After banging the table all year for us to go Center/OG, maybe even back to back... with the current state I now expect Beane to take a Safety in the 1st round. Total bummer.
  8. I dont think the league wants to risk/deal with a night game in Buffalo winter.
  9. I guess Cook and his 6 yards par play just isnt exciting enough for Dorsey. Dorsey better get his head ready for PLAYOFF football, where we'll need to establish and maintain that run game to open up the passing for Josh. Let him COOK!
  10. Twist: Turns out Tom Brady IS Father Time
  11. LOL Green Bay meltdown. They deserve it after that Quay Walker BS
  12. Our defense is banged up. We're missing key starters, and even key backups. Couple that with it already being a very soft scheme that allows pretty much any underneath play you want to run, and here we are. Dorsey learning on the job this year hasnt been doing our defense any favors, that's for sure.
  13. This story hits quite close to home. A few years ago an old buddy took his 5 year old fishing. No one knows what exactly happened, but the 5 yr old son fell in, dad went in and saved him, but in the meantime tired himself out or had a heart attack or something, and died in the water after saving his son. The kid had to sit in the boat next to his dad's body for hours until folks noticed they were gone too long and went looking for them. Wear your life jackets at all times people.
  14. The Panasonic line of Plasma tvs around 2006/2007 were some of the best tvs I'll ever experience in my life. Glad I purchased a couple back then. They lasted almost 15 years with no issues, but then had to get rid of them recently because they were just too heavy for where we wanted to put tvs, and had some minor burn-in which was my fault. But the picture quality was unlike anything I've had since, even with the advent of 4k.
  15. The best leader in the NFL in that moment.
  16. Allow me to go on record, regardless of situation, I am totally fine with any "asterisk" any outsider wants to place on a Bills Super Bowl victory. No asterisk in previous history matters or gets discussed outside of us message board nerds. They dont matter. I'll take it. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
  17. Linemen are the ones most subjected to CTE from all those banging/blocking drills. Lineman constantly run the risk of getting their ankles and knees rolled up in piles. The only positions more apt to injury than Lineman are LBs.
  18. Part of that is on the Bills for allowing teams to physically bully them like this, week in and week out. We're so "humble". Bengals came out fired up and ready to play hard and hit through the whistle. There are ways to prevent that but it takes a change in mindset. Dont have to be "dirty", but need to be ready to live on that edge. JP and Shaq sometimes get there. Diggs can get there but tough to set a team tone from the WR spot. Maybe Spencer Brown can get that hyped but he's too busy learning how to play his position. That's about it on this team. Incognito and Brandon Spikes used to be those dudes too. Feliciano a bit.
  19. There's a lot of love between Cinci and Buffalo right now, so focus on that and the real reason you're here. Coming in here to die on this hill probably isnt good for anyone. Even if you truly believe we are wrong, no one has the pitchforks out for the Bengals, just let it go.
  20. He literally stopped rolling for a half second, saw where Allen was, and then rolled into him. Saw it in real time and was just as dirty. GTFO here with this homer bs It was absolutely a purposely dirty play. The Taron Johnson play, whatever. The Hamlin play, not dirty. The Hendrickson play was absolutely dirty.
  21. I dont think Higgins' hit was dirty. I think the Bengals came to play hard, and Higgins took it to the Defense instead of letting the D hit him. The other plays were dirty, especially the roll into Josh. Again, not the first time the Bills have let this happen. We consistently get physically pushed around and beaten up.
