  1. What's the detriment to Baltimore? The tag use here is giving Baltimore the leverage. After all this, Lamar is coming back and playing at $32M this year. Or the Ravens get two 1sts. Sounds like a win either way.
  2. Yep, nothing is changing. Lamar: I dont think they can. Give me a sec to find a link....
  3. Yes he does. But I think that once Lamar has a deal in place, and a trade in place, THEN he would sign the tag in order for everything to be executed.
  4. He wasnt leaving. Ever. David knew it, Bills knew it, everyone knew it. No matter when Beane called it wouldve been "too late" since it wasnt 11 years ago. Player who spent over a decade in Tampa decides to stay in Tampa his last couple of years. Complete non story. Nothing to do with the Bills.
  5. We KNOW there are. At least one is named Ken Francis. While we're on this topic, I suggest everyone google the name "Saint Omni". Interesting stuff regarding Roquan Smith "representing himself".
  6. The only catch with restoring backups is you have to be sure to restore from a point well before the hackers ever got in, or you'll just be restoring their same malware they put on your machine.
  7. I dont think anyone has ever argued that the guys listed there are Rhodes Scholars. But theyre apparently smart enough to hire agents. And some very good agents at that!
  8. That is absolutely possible, even in my description of the situation. I dont think there is anything he is doing that comes from a place of "evil" or bad intentions. It's just he and his mom dont know any better, and arent trusting any of the people out there to trust. You telling me Drew Rosenhaus wouldnt take him on? Like, dude, call literally the biggest, most trusted names in the industry. They'd love to take care of you. And would probably do it for only 1%.
  9. From the sounds of it, it's him and his mom coming up out of a rough situation, without the proper background education on these matters. And the usual swarm of circling yes-men trying to get in to get a piece of his pie. My Chronic Poverty Brain comment isn't really a joke. Again, on one hand it's kinda sad. But on the other hand, literally 99% of players have agents. Every big name QB as far as I know (Brisset is not a top QB). Just do the simple, right, easy, popular thing.
  10. Yes. It is extraordinarily low. Like dude showed up and just marked "C" for every answer. Or made the bubbles into a picture. Or cant read. All equally possible.
  11. He scored a 13 on his Wonderlic. A 13! Unfortunately, he and his mom seem to be suffering from Chronic Poverty Brain. Can't see the bigger picture of spending a little money to make a TON of money. Trying to pinch every penny at his own detriment. Kinda sad.
  12. First and foremost, that tweet and meme is hilarious from Lamar. Great meme'ing. But bruh... That's not what we're here for and we're talking about MILLIONS of dollars in the balance. Some of my favorite comments on this one: "Lamar tweets like a WR" "“People claim to care about mental health and yet i’m not allowed to break league rules? Smh” "How long before he freezes his foot?" His resposnse to this memo: My man! The LEAGUE SENT OUT A MEMO! This isnt just some story made up by a clickbait reporter.
  13. And a lot of these "big names" get discounts on their representation. Like Lamar could find someone certified and professional willing to take 1%. But at this point, no one is touching this kid. A few weeks ago when all the team came out and went out of their way to say they were not pursuing him, I figured they were all lying. Now, I'm certain teams arent pursuing him because they dont want to waste their time dealing with Lamar and his camp. What a clown.
  14. I guess technically it isnt considered "negotiating" if it's just demanding $270M fully guaranteed and telling teams take it or leave it. 🤷‍♂️ Oh my god, this moron needs an agent. He's just so dumb.
  15. I think my top preference is still Jeudy. DHop has the better body of work, obviously. But is much older and more expensive. Where Jeudy isnt even entering his prime yet. We'll be lucky to get 2 full years out of Hopkins, but Jeudy could be here for 4-6 more (with an extension). I think in order of preference: 1. Jeudy 2. Hopkins 3. OBJ
  16. First, yes, you definitely got scammed and hacked. Just establishing that as fact so there is no doubt later on and you can proceed accordingly. It's been a while since I used a Windows computer, but I would start here: https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download Download and run that. Preferably, run it while disconnected from the internet. If you have another machine you can use, I'd disconnect this one from the internet indefinitely. If not, just unplug ethernet and/or turn off wifi as much as you can until you get it scanned and fixed. You'll want to backup any important docs or data. You'll likely need to wipe the entire machine and start from scratch because who knows what else they installed. Key loggers that track every single thing you type, for example. Passwords included. So time to change your passwords (not from this machine). That's all I have for now. Good luck and keep us posted.
  17. I see we have a new Mario Williams/Jeremy Maclin/Zach Ertz thread! LETS GOOOO!!
  18. Just part of the 2019 draft free agency class. I had to laugh earlier, listening to WGR, they had some guest on talking about the different FA moves - McGovern, Singletary, Harris, possibly moving Oliver - and he was like "What is it about that 2019 draft that there is so much movement?!?". I was thinking "It's been 4 years and their rookie contracts are up, numbnuts"
  19. AWESOME!!! Rams OL sucked last year, largely because they lost Edwards early in the season. The previous year, he played 100% of the Offensive snaps and they won a Super Bowl. With Kromer as OL coach too.
  20. Yeah, they were done after that MNF game. They just happened to "get lucky" and have two more games against floundering divisional opponents who they were so familiar with they could essentially sleepwalk to victories (barely). Once they had to play a "real game" their situation was exposed.
  21. Social media clout/attention/interaction. Likely not. More likely D-Hop followed him, Allen got a notification that D-Hop was following him, and simply followed him back.
  22. For what his role would be, no. We dont need him to be great. We need him to do what Gabe Davis does, but catch the ball. Imagine how different our season would have been if Davis caught 5 of those 7 drops.
  23. Well now I'm hyped about this trade. All this talk of "smoke" and Bob Marley playing... I know what I need to do to calm down.
  24. You're essentially spreading $34M over 5 years (2 + 3void), so the average would be under $7M, with the front being under $5. So probably $7-8M at worst later on.
