  1. The effing ball hit the ground about 10 yards away...
  2. Truly the refs are a joke in this game. It is hard to watch this much incompetence. A pick? Seriously. I mean blind!!!!!!!
  3. I never thought I would say this, but this has to be fixed.
  4. OK, I believe that. But teams do get mentally tired after expending energy-- that's why all athletes and teams have ups and downs, like pitchers in baseball. I guess what I was really trying to say is that Denver expended lots of mental energy against KC last week (and quite a bit against Miami the week before), and will definitely have to rev up for SD next week. Denver , therefore, has legitimate reasons not to be at their best this Sunday, notwithstanding their professionalism, dedication, skill etc. Like New England was against KC, or Denver against St. Louis (and to some extent new england where they were God awful)-- teams have off days. I realize I may be grasping at straws, but Buffalo is pretty good, and if Denver has an "off" day, that would help a bunch and give us a better chance of winning. That's all I was suggesting.
  5. Why, because they are not human?
  6. I know the term "trap game" is misused and overused, but does not the Bills game constitute a classic trap game for Denver. To be precise, Denver had a huge divisional matchup against KC last night and in Week 15 they have another huge divisional game against San Diego. Could they overlook the Bills-- or have a bit of an emotional letdown-- that gives the Bills a bit more of an opportunity than they might otherwise have? Just a thought.
  7. Oh, if you have a sesne of urgency you will find the guy? The point Promo makes is clear-- who since he was GM should Whaley have gotten? None of the guys you point to were available to Whaley, as opposed to his predecessors. So who could an "urgent Whaley" have gotten? The only answer so far has been Alex Smith, which is probably the best he could have gotten but that is not saying much. Yuck!
  8. Now you are just being House.
  9. Totally disagree. This team is vastly better than in 2012. Win against Cleveland, and Marrone is not going anywhere. Pegula is patient and can see a positive trajectory. Canning a coach after two years unless you have a disaster on your hands makes no sense except for fans.. right now this is hardly a disaster....
  10. Of course
  11. What an absolutely fantastic job. I'm a Lions fans the rest of the season!!!
  12. LMAOROF!!!
  13. Obviously. Get a GM job and you can execute that plan. Not saying you are wrong, but you are not obviously right either.
  14. It is simply using the old adage that one in the hand is worth two in the bush. You've got a great one here-- you prefer the unknown two in the bush. You don't know your outcome would be better, just your hunch. Exactly.
  15. Only if you turn them into something. The assumption that the 1st round pick in 2015 would have been something special is kind of amusing given the history of Bills first round picks and the criticism of the current front office.
  16. Excellent post! I love this draft 20/20 hindsight-- the false dichotomy that at the time it was take Beckham or move up for Sammy. Right or wrong they had Watkins #1 on their board. By all accounts it would have been Ebron, not Beckham at 9. At least we got a great player, as you say. If the price was high, so be it. At least he seems to be a great player, and in the long run that is all that matters.
  17. Only if it is on Sunday-- they call it Sunday Ticket for a reason...
  18. Apparently you can win without a franchise or great QB?
  19. You suggested that the Bills should have 8 wins, only coaching was preventing that outcome. The Pats and Cardinals are the only teams with 8 or more wins, so you are saying the talent on the Bills makes them a top 3 team in the NFL but for coaching. You are right, I do not agree. And I never said the Bills were a good team, I have argued that they may not be as bad as many here think. I want to see the last six games to decide the coaches fate, I have not seen enough evidence to make me as sure as you. Partly because our views of the talent on this team are quite different, particularly on the offensive side of the ball.
  20. Whatever dude. You win. The Bills have overwhelming talent that is waiting to be unleashed once we rid ourselves of the worst coaching staff ever.
  21. You are just too subtle I guess...
