  1. That’s starter money but he’s not a big bodied X receiver so I expect nothing but disappointment from the masses here( Yes I’m being facetious)
  2. sorry meant to quote you. Looks like OTC has it between 3 million which qualifies at least for now and 2.6 doesn’t so it’s somewhere between that. Now if more over 3 million contracts get signed it may push 3 million out of the top 32
  3. If it’s a high enough base salary yet. It will be close to be honest. If it’s 2 years 6 million yes. If it’s 2 years 5 million with 2 mill in incentives no. Looks like the cutoff is around 2.6 or 2.7 million
  4. Will be interesting to see if he qualifies for comp pick. Nothing more than a 7th but that would put us at our max of 4 and Tyrel Dodson is still out there who I’m surprised hasn’t gotten any traction that we know of
  5. They’re not going to sign anyone that hasn’t been released to anything substantial. We are building a pick pool to get younger and quick
  6. So unless he runs the fastest 40 time in history you don’t want a guy who’s 6 foot. I think McConkey will be on the board but not much after 28 if he is. I actually have the Bills taking Worthy at 28 right now.
  7. Im not. I’m not the guy demanding a big X WR opposite of Diggs like so many. I get the reasoning behind it but I think Allen’s accuracy allows us not to have that guy
  8. Im not moving the goal post you literally said you wanted a big WR with track speed who can make contested catches . So what happens if Mitchell is off the board which I think is a possibility? I’m not totally advocating for McConkey. I’m mock drafting rn and don’t have the Bills taking him in my version but if Mitchell is gone where is your next guy that fits that criteria
  9. Over the cap which is very accurate is classifying guys at 2.6 as not qualifying this year. They are usually like 95% accurate on their stuff every year. I see what was posted on twitter about 1.79 though so I see what your seeing
  10. Jackson just barely meets the threshold for a 6th rounder, I also highly doubt Morrow and Hollins will qualify so I think it’s pretty likely we’re at 3 4,5, and 6 but maybe 7
  11. Please explain who the 6’3 220 pound guy with elite hands, track speed, who can separate and has excellent body control will be available at 28. Legette is 6’1, Coleman had iffy contested catch rates, and Mitchell despite his combine numbers hasn’t shown he can separate
  12. I only used them because they were off the top of my head. I’m sure if you went through every roster you’ll find teams without traditional Xs, traditional Z receivers and slots. I don’t understand the hesitancy for McConkey but the love for other guys. McConkey was one of the reasons why Mitchell transferred to Texas but a lot of people want Mitchell here it makes no sense. You also stated McConkey was a slot early on but now earlier in this thread said he was a move Z now. What changed since then
  13. They are qualifying Free Agents but they have to have a minimum contract of over 2.5 million a year. Hollins contract is up to 3 Million so his base salary likely isnt above 2.5 and Morrow may but I doubt they signed him as a # 3 or 4 LB for much more than the 2.5 million.
  14. Some rumors on the twittersphere are that Levi Wallace is coming back
  15. I think you have an old school mindset about formations and lining up. Kupp, Nacua, and Atwell are all classified as slots guys and they made it work. I get the idea of a bigger body across from Diggs but this is 2024 not 1995. If you have an innovator on offense body types shouldn’t matter. Waddle and Tyreek Hill neither is a traditional X Terry McLaurin, Curtis Samuel , Jahan Dotson Jags had Ridley , Christian Kirk, and Zay Jones none of which are X WRs
  16. Jackson Powers Johnson is the only Center I would consider in round 1 and I expect him to be long gone
  17. People want to pigeonhole him as a slot because he’s White and not 6’3. Literally all the facts from his game tape, to his testing, to his comparisons put him right up there with many top outside WRs. Do the Bills take him I have no idea but the slot WR not sure he can play outside bit is dumb as hell
  18. Yup I do because we have Josh Allen and we have a draft and it’s only day 1 of Free Agency. We’ll sign cheaper guys to fill holes as this thing goes along
  19. I don’t believe we’ll be better per se but I think we’ll be about the same. 12-5 or 11-6
  20. People always laugh about comp picks but the Bills are now at 11 picks this year and right now 10 picks next year. If your on the trade up train for someone like Adonai Mitchell or whomever they can dip into their pick pool for next year despite not having a 3rd rounder this year
  21. Prob a sixth for Jackson but hey that means so far next year we have 1, 2, 3, 4, 4(Davis), 5, 5(Floyd), 6, 6(Basham), 6(Jackson) I do not expect Hollins or Morrow to qualify against the Bills
  22. He’s played all over the DL in the NFL. My guess is DE and DT flex. He’s big and long enough to play next to Oliver on pass downs. He fills multiple holes with one guy.
  23. WR class is absolutely stacked, the DL class on the other hand isn’t. I’d rather spend the FA dollars on the DLine and S bevayse we are much less likely to get an immediate contributor
  24. I keep telling people we are going to keep most of the 11 picks on the 53 this year
