  1. It's alright when you got the feeling (Boogie nights) Hold it tight got to keep on dealing Dance with the boogie get down (Dance with the boogie get down) 'Cause boogie nights are always the best in town
  2. Dak is by no means great, but other than Josh, he is clearly surperior to any QB we had in more than 2 decades. In 2016 Dak was drafted by the Cowboys in round 4. Having watched him at Mississipopi State, I was hoping that the Bills would draft him. Instead, we drafted: Round 1 - Shaq Lawson - DE Round 2 - Reggie Ragland - LB Round 3 - Adolphus Washington - DT Round 4 - The great Cardale Jones - QB Dak was a steal in round 4. We are just SO lucky to have a probable all time great Josh Allen after McDermott traded the pick for Mahomes, despite the horrible shape we were in at QB. Given the above, it may be a tad unrealistic for us to be quarterback snobs, but it is kinda funny. I guess we might as well enjoy it while it lasts. GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. I watched Elam quite a bit while he was in college and he was a great player. Would I have drafted him in round 1, let alone traded up for him. No but I won't even get into that. I really think that Elam is either hurt or has behavioral/personality issues or both. Again, he caught my attention many times at Florida and he was obviously a VERY talented player. Something is wrong. Jmo.
  4. I think that the Levy/Jauron Era was worse. Jmo.
  5. I took the money line at 130.
  6. 16-2? Talk to me about Alabama vs. A&M! Last week the over 46 1/2 was easy money. I was certain that the defense would score, sack the QB, and create turnovers. I don't know exactly how to feel about this game. The Tide defense is GREAT but I don't trust the QB, at least not yet.
  7. Yes it is. I suppose that we are the annoying Bills Fans who take it too seriously as well.

  16. I take it you recall his love for volunteer firemen. I think he still harasses them. Now he goes on gun sutes and says it is a proven fact that 82% of shooters are more accurate when they practice LESS. Oh, and he says that Hamlin's injury was fabricated because they have not released a full autopsy. 😃😲
  17. Soft sighs, moon and sun Laughing together, being as one And like the rhythym of the changing tides Hypnotize We're hypnotized We're hypnotized (yeah hypnotized) (yeah hypnotized)
  18. Is this enough to lead you to believe that McDermott has more say in the draft than Beane? I have thought that this was the case from day 1.
  19. Alabama's offense has not put up many points other than the opener against a garbage team. At some point it would seem like they have to, so.... I like the over 46 1/2 against MSU. Hopefully they can score 17 or so points just on defense/turnovers.
  20. I am very sorry for your loss Chef.
  21. So much to address here..... Tua also had good tight ends and a very good OL. Yes, these were great teams. He also had the complete trust of his teammates. Do you remember the famous title winning 42 yard TD pass to Davonta Smith in OT? That was only Davonta's 5th catch of his freshman season! The thing is, Tua was the second string QB and was working with these second stringers who were GREAT as you say. After Tua was drafted he was bad mouthed up and down this board. I didn't get too much involved because it IS a Bills Board but the fact is, the kid is very good and he works his ass off. And btw as good as Tyreek is, Jaylen Waddle is probably the most underrated player in the NFL. That kid is great! When Mac defeated Ohio State and Fields, he was playing without Waddle, Lance Dickerson, and he lost Davonta Smith for the second half. Fields had every chance to win that game and he simply could not. I actually believe that Mac is superior to Fields. If the Bills could have either one of them as a backup, I would take Mac in a second. As for Josh, I think that he could run virtually any offense. I view him as a generational talent who will be a first ballot HOFer IF he stays healthy. He is one of the most talented QBs I for one have ever seen and sadly I am not young lol. Is it considered sacrelege to say that he is better than Kelly? I think that he is more talented than Kelly who was also GREAT.
  22. I feel for you man. Seriously. There was a time in my life when I saw a multi-talented Rob Johnson and had it in my mind that he would, some day, be our franchise quarterback. Then at some point I did accept the cold hard truth.
  23. Worry the bottle, Mama It's grapefruit wine Kick off your high-heeled sneakers It's party time The girls don't seem to care what's on As long as they play 'til dawn Nothin' but blues and Elvis And somebody else's favorite song Give her some funked-up Muzak She treats you nice Feed her some hungry reggae She'll love you twice The girls don't seem to care tonight As long as the mood is right No static at all (No static, no static at all) FM (No static at all)
  24. Excuse me but Fields was never better than Hurts or Tua at any level, nor was he even almost as good as Mac Jones who destroyed Fields and his team in the title game. In fact, Mac played the second half without Davonta Smith and Jalen Waddle, two superstars. Really, I'm sorry but Fields did not and does not compare to any of the above mentioned 3 QBs. He could run better than Mac or Tua. That's about it. They were superior to him in every other category, and of course still are.
