  1. I skimmed the traffic study and I’m not totally sure about the parking issue. I thought there would be a marginal increase once the existing stadium is raised. But even if parking is comparable they’re still goin to have 10-15% fewer patrons in the new place. So unless these lots are doing several hundred K annually … I doubt there’s going to be internet at close to list price. And, if the play was the bills, wouldn’t the bills have approached before paying a 6 to 8% premium to an agent? Wishful thinking for many of these people.
  2. All true. As was my point that you'd insult, call you stupid, and return your focus to the couch.
  3. Is this actually true? Seriously? The last piece is obviously not. The second-to-last piece is at best misleading. Some loans have been forgiven, but there's a relatively low cap on the amount and the extent of forgiveness isn't nearly what many on the far left would have preferred. Too bad. Get better jobs. It's not my fault they rely on gigs and cash. Rule of law, pay your fair share, and deal with your problems instead of blaming other people and whining about them. In the meantime, hands off my wife's body, mind your own business, don't ban books you don't agree with, don't pick on people because of how they look or who they love, and maybe go apply for a membership at Mar a Lago so you can all do your weird stuff together.
  4. Meanwhile, just up the road, the McKinley mall is dead. The stadium is what it is. It's probably good for 10-15 large events each year. The parking lots can be used for stuff like RV and boat shows. But all of this development people talk about . . . if it was going to happen, one would think it would have happened at some point since 1973. And these guys trying to sell their lots . . . I hope it works for them. I really do. But you are one heck of a sucker if you're thinking about spending $3.5m for a place on Big Tree when, to my understanding, the new stadium will have fewer seats and more parking spots than the current location.
  5. He won't. He'll just insult you, call you stupid, and return his focus to the couch.
  6. 1. Rule of law. The law is being enforced. Tough beans. I pay a lot in taxes, too, and you don't see me whining about it. 2. Hoax. Trump didn't do a thing with the border. Talked about it, but couldn't get it done. And created this kind of catch and release system that actually encouraged repeat crossing attempts. 3. By the same logic Biden is persecuting his own son.
  7. I disagree with this only to the extent that I think Trump has extraordinary emotional intelligence and he knows that he's being tuned out by the majority of America. The rabid weirdos still buy his shtick. But his nonsense finally is falling flat, and he knows it. Like everything else, his act has a shelf life, and he knows it's at the end. He'll double down and get meaner and nastier between now and November, but it's not going to work because it's only going to alienate more people, particularly enrage women because he's running against a somewhat likable woman this time, and push the moderates and centrists further away. I used to thing this was a "boys v girls" election. Now I think it's joy and hope against misplaced rage. The one thing JD has right is that it's not the government's fault that these Trumpers are losers. The only ones who have yet to figure it out is them. It's not my fault the suburban Trumpers overspent, and overstretched, and waste money on booze and prepared food and alcohol and stuff they can't afford. It's not my fault the rural Trumpers suck down meth, and hang with Johnnie Walker too much, and didn't study in school. In many ways JD undercuts their complaints. Weird as he may be, he got out because he got to work. They didn't and, much as Americans generally are tiring of Trump's act and turning toward joy and hope, so too are they beginning to realize that the rage felt by those who made their own uncomfortable beds shouldn't infect us all.
  8. You're probably right, but the MAGA web of lies is so hard to decipher and to keep straight that it's anyone's guess. In the meantime, while MAGA is trying to figure that out, it's important for MAGA to remember (1) JD is in love with Vladimir Futon; (2) JD has a side piece thing going with at least one dolphin, and maybe more such marine mammals; and (3) all of MAGA is weird.
  9. This really sums up trumpism. Catchy insults, conspiracy theories, lies, and not actually getting much of substance done. These people are friggin weird. There no two way about it. All of his nonsense emboldened the worst of wal mart shoppers and only now, after eight years, have we come to grips with how weird these people are.
  10. Not as much as they do JD! Hetero-sectional! They hoped he’d keep going in the “JD raw dogs upholstery” storyline and lay off the much weirder dolphin issue.
  11. Lining up wrong a couple of times was highly annoying.
  12. If you're talking about Coleman in the back of the end zone, agreed all day long. He needs to be stronger there.
  13. FWIW watching it live in the stadium I thought Morris stumbled and made the throw look far worse than it was.
  14. Hoax. You’re the couch-banging weirdos. I’m just reminding you of that. Keep it under control if you go to the aquarium, too. It might be exciting to the MAGA weirdos if someone points out that dolphins have a “blowhole.”
  15. Hoax. Also weird. And a failed attempt to distract from JD’s interest in household furniture and dolphins. You’re still paying attention to me. You can’t quit me. Kinda like JD and his dolphins! Also, FYI, MAGA recently started to believe that it’s not only acceptable, but desirable, to bang couches. Be careful with lame jokes like this when you’re hanging with your weird friends. Nah. You’re weird. Fake doc (try some hcq! It’s yummy!) and fake news (JD’s a freak, so let’s make up some equine nonsense to distract people outside the bubble!)
  16. Weird that you sought that out. Kind of like JD and dolphin videos! Tommy eyerolls strikes again!
  17. Undoubtedly correct. But this is the style of HCQ man. He’s one of those who was hammering the HCQ back in the day. Thought it beat COVID. Thought it made him ripped. Thought if he took it with zinc and gummy bears he would rule the world. MAGA have proof? Doubtful. Cartoon man will point to some drawing he found somewhere. HCQ man will start spouting off about HCQ and Zinc and rhubarbs or whatever. That Bills in NC guy will take a break from yelling at clouds to say something absurd here. And JD will put it on his couch tonight. And so it goes.
  18. Hoax. You’re a moron. That isn’t a hyperbolic thing. You’re just not very smart.
  19. Has he done the "week 1" thing yet with his salary? If he hasn't, they might cut him, roll with the rookie for week 1, and then see how it shakes out thereafter.
