You complained about abuse of pardons. To the extent there was an abuse, it pales in comparison to the reckless way in which Trump pardoned people who engaged in actual violence. And, frankly, Trump’s use of pardon power justifies what Biden did (except for Hunter, which was BS). Trump is lawless, the folks Biden pardoned preemptively likely would have been persecuted for no reason, and Biden simply protected people who did nothing remotely close to illegal. Numbers don't lie. Market was up. Unemployment was down. Wage growth outpaced inflation. Inflation falling by end of term. Consumer confidence higher than today. Now things are getting worse. And if you think they're getting better, then tariffs probably are going to hurt you worse than the average American. And, about that free money of which you complain--over half of it came from Trump. So there you go. It is a mess, sadly of Trump's own making. Big Blitz definitely is. Right now, a kindling tire fire. Before right now, a good economy. Unfortunately, of course, not everyone felt the good economy because there are many who are burdened by laziness, and inattention in school, and obesity, and stupid management of their finances. I don't either but the debt is on track to grow much faster than under Biden, the market is down, and we're staring at the possibility of stagflation. This is a mess.
