Happy to enlighten you. You misspelled forward. It’s a fairly simple thing. To me, at least. And, if we weaken public schools through efforts such as those in South Carolina, we risk diluting the bedrock of our educational system. Which, of course, leaves us with a bunch of people who can’t properly spell “forward.” Is your grammar (or, largely, anyone’s grammar) a big issue? Of course not. But if we can’t get the small things right, we can’t get the big things right. That does not bode well for the future of our country.

Thanks for contributing a couple of bucks to social welfare programs. I think it’s a way to get in good with St. Peter when you inevitably run into him at the pearly gates. Hopefully now you have some more time to get to work on your anger issues! Your post illustrates why this is a bad idea.

Who said anything about poor curb appeal? Sounds like there’s a little projecting there! But it’s probably true. I’m retired from the scene, but from what I hear women don’t care to date angry dudes who wear red hats and think the world owes them a favor because they didn’t do well in school and now have to do such things as clean my car and collect my trash.

I haven't been. I don't think I'd fit in. I have all of my teeth, I have a job, and I'm not morbidly obese. I also don't blame everyone else for all of my self-inflicted problems (diabetes, stupidity, poor credit, obesity, bullet holes in the side of my double-wide, etc.), so a MAGA rally is not the place for me.

They should take a field trip to a MAGA rally. Much more effective.

Which pornographic material is in question? Perhaps you could identify some of these “pornographic” titles so that the veracity of your claim can be assessed. Otherwise, this is just another hoax.

In point of fact nobody's burning down cities. Looks like all of MAGA's hand-wringing about Antifa and the Antifa Air Force was nothing but a hoax.

Sort of like all of those guys who want to shut down Mickey Mouse for not being sufficiently judgmental. Sad. I don't agree with her politics, but the fact is that she's doing something consequential with her life and you're talking about what it is that she's doing. So there's that.

I'm worried that continued dilution of our educational standards and processes will result in the licensing of physicians who believe in hoaxes such as the utility of HCQ and Ivermectin in combating COVID. If memory serves, and heaven knows I don't have the best memory, you are a physician who believed (and, perhaps, believes) in the utility of those COVID-inefficacious drugs. Rather than contest that point, you--and forgive me, maybe I have this wrong--appear to be gaslighting by referring to a different issue that nobody else has raised. Sad.

There is an element of truth that a group of morons (now, MAGA) voted for an unprincipled, lawless moron (Trump) because they disliked a candidate totally bereft of emotional intelligence (Hillary), whose 2016 campaign might be the greatest set of blunders I can recall in modern politics. But it doesn’t change the fact that MAGA is comprised principally of morons.

And explains how we got MAGA. So many morons out there.

This is the point. The book-burning crowd wants to destroy literature acknowledging that others might be different. I am far from the most well-read. In fact, at this point in my life, I’m probably not well-read. But I highly, highly doubt that a critical mass of the dopes in favor of incinerating the aforementioned literature have read so much as a page of that which they seek to destroy. In point of fact, I question whether many of them are even capable of reading and processing such things. This thread is a shining example of that … I was going to say ignorance, but I’m not sure that’s the right word. Disagree with the viewpoint expressed herein? Call someone a commie and/or block them, and maybe chuck in a little misogyny, lest one’s thought be challenged. It’s really sad when people characterizing themselves as “conservatives” can’t stand the crucible of the marketplace of ideas.

Is he talking about election lies? Normally I don’t view your cartoons or watch any of your videos because, how do I say this nicely . . . They are stupid. So I can only assume that Tucker has a little self-loathing thing going on here. Sad.

Yesterday I asked what the MAGA crew here would do now that Tucker is unemployed and not permitted to appear on Fox News during the 8p weeknight time slot. Today I realized that, to the extent the MAGA crew is sober (Bud Light apparently is popular) and not in a food coma after dinner (lots of people—not me, but lots of people—say that MAGA are corpulent gluttons), such crew probably will fill this gaping void in their collective lives by finally getting around to burning some books. Hence today’s important and informative topic. What books do you intend to burn?? Will you take the advice of the very well-read Moms for Liberty (sort of like the opposite of the Oprah book club)? Or do members of the MAGA crowd have an independent thought or two about some literature that they would like to incinerate? Fire away and let us know!
