  1. Not really, we've changed most to conflicts instead of wars in another effort to piss off the veterans of this country
  2. He didn't look right today. I think he tried to get back on the field too fast. Was lacking explosion and his jumps were off. Hope next week is better for him. The whole offense just seemed a step behind today.
  3. Man, they missed out on Ilio's, even though that is Blasdell technically. Frank's and City Grill are two others I've really enjoyed over the years.
  4. Read my entire reply then get back to me...
  5. Ralph is too cheap to make this deal...besides all he ever got were garbage time sacks in games that didn't mean anything. He's just too small to play end and lacks coverage skills as a LB. He doesn't bond with his teammates and isn't fun to talk to in the media. He may have put on some weight since retiring so now he's too small and too fat. Ah its been a while since I've read you guys complain about Schobel, why else is he a horrible, overrated player and terrible person?
  6. Hmm, maybe I'll get a few boxes and one of these to train http://www.amazon.com/Lifesize-Bleeding-Zombie-Target-silhouette/dp/B0050DBRQS
  7. Anyone know what makes this different than any of their other ammo, other than it says zombie on it?
  8. Why? No one had a hard time vilifying Time Warner Cable when Lin TV pulled the same crap with their CBS affiliates during the NFL season.
  9. Such as Chris Johnson??? Oh wait its not his fault, its the teams' just ask him. http://aol.sportingnews.com/nfl/story/2011-10-24/chris-johnson-says-struggles-not-his-fault
  10. He's on our official media roster along with Ryan Fitzgerald, Fred Johnson, Ryan Lindell, Marcus Darius, and Kalvin Sheppherd
  11. Might as well. I've been telling people how pointless my MBA is for over a year now.
  12. Would be a better location for the Labatt Pond Hockey tournament in my opinion.
  13. glad to see I'm not the only one thinking this way. He does not have the touches that an average 30 star RB has had. Yes you can say the time in other leagues count, but the players and the amount of games pale in comparison to an NFL grind. In NFL age, I would say Fred Jackson is the equivalent of a 27 or 28 year old back and still has 2 or 3 good seasons in him before you see a serious athletic decline.
  14. Plagued by and Achilles and foot injuries, he last worked out for the Ravens in 2009, can't find anything on him after that.
  15. Kyle aggravated a nagging ankle injury in the 3rd quarter and will probably be out til after the bye. However as I was told today in the shout box Williams is invisible out there anyways so losing a Pro Bowl NT doesnt mean much
  16. Stokley is a little old for my taste. I'd kick the tires on Justin Gage or Mardy Gilyard. Aundrae Allison used to be a speedy WR/KR guy, but not sure if he ever recovered well from his ACL injury in 2009
  17. Here is the most up to date database of free agent WRs I could find. Take a look and pick out a replacement to add to the roster. http://www.kffl.com/static/nfl/features/freeagents/fa.php?option=WR&y=2011
  18. Per CNNSI.com Biography: Two-year starter awarded all-Conference honors last season after totaling 38/358/3. Junior numbers included 23/335. Began his college career Tennessee. Positives: "Large, powerful blocking tight end with NFL ability. Bends his knees, quickly gets his hands up and blocks with terrific fundamentals. Strong, easily turns defenders from the play and handles opposing defensive lineman. Blocks with a nasty attitude and always works to finish the play. Sturdy pass catcher that makes the difficult reception in a crowd. Nicely adjusts to the errant throw and possesses adequate hands." Negatives: Large lumbering tight end who lacks a quick release off the line and possesses minimal speed. Analysis: Smith heads towards the draft at the top blocking tight end in the entire process. He's an adequate pass catcher though not effective more than a few yards off the line of scrimmage. He will be drafted solely as a number two tight end brought onto the field for his blocking skills. Smith may also get consideration as a developmental offensive tackle. Projection: 5-6 Read more: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/nfl/draft-2011/players/55466.html#ixzz1aKspllzh
  19. Yes, lets sign a 37 year old WR just coming off a torn ACL from his reality show. Brilliant!!!
  20. Hairston was very impressive today, Shep had a few good plays too. Moats was flying around the field. Dareus had a decent game but needs to make some arm tackles when the runner is going by.
  21. I think I'd prefer the Ricky Williams relaxation techniques
  22. Hard to call it a miss when someone gets hurt. That can happen to anyone.
