That is asanine if you think about it, who the heck are they gonna loan money to if people keep moving jobs overseas for miniscule wages? Eventually the wages there will go up too, and what have you done? Saved money for a few years while cutting your own throats. If we refused to do business with them, and told them why, things might change. I do my business with my local credit union. Everybody there seems to speak English very well.

I love the Bills, but could think of alot better things to do w/ $800. You could visit the stadium several times and eat lunch with alot of great Bills fans. I'm talking one mortgage payment, not a major investment. Throw your loose change in a bucket several times a week, and you have the money. I'm not advocating using money you would normally invest elsewhere. Depending on you situation, paying your mortgage down to eliminate PMI also can save some money.

Congratulations. Make one extra mortgage payment a year, specify payment on principle, and you will cut quite a chunk of time off of your repayment, not to mention saving a bundle in interest.
